After eating it in college,
whenever I think of wanting to eat sukiyaki, I always think of Momo (๑•̀ᄇ•́)و ✧
Especially if you sit down before 4 PM,
the all-you-can-eat price is 469 plus a 10% service fee per person.
If you finish around 5 PM,
there's still plenty of time to stroll around the shopping mall and avoid peak dining hours.
For someone like me, who usually doesn't eat much for lunch, it's perfect.
Maybe because it's the off-peak hours in the afternoon,
there's a bit of a wait for seating and final billing,
but they frequently ask if you'd like to order more dishes.
After ordering the meat, the service is quite fast.
There are many seats in the restaurant,
and the wooden decor is very warm and welcoming.
You order the broth and meat via QR code.
I chose sukiyaki as the pot base,
and there are water and soy sauce on the table for you to adjust to your liking.
Momo has a lot of fresh vegetable options,
and the quality of the meat is stable.
The pork loin is especially tender.
Dining during the afternoon offers great value for money.
The first Shabu-Shabu restaurant in the south to offer sushi - Shabu-Shabu on the 7th floor of Yihsiang Tiandi, features an all-you-can-eat selection of six items: salmon, surf clams, tuna, tofu skin, sweet shrimp, and grilled mackerel. This makes the yin-yang pot experience far from monotonous, as there is also a waffle maker for DIY, and the menu is very diverse, making it a version 2.0 of Shabu-Shabu.
During dinner on holiday periods 💰630, there are five types of meat:
One type of chicken: chicken.
Two types of beef: Angus belly and New Zealand/Australian shoulder.
Two types of pork: pork belly and herb pork.
I personally think this price point offers great value; although the meat is thin, it is in unlimited supply, and it can be cooked in just a few seconds before eating, which is very satisfying. The meat quality is not dry, and you can easily eat ten plates or more.
Although there is sushi, it is after all a Sukiyaki restaurant, so the sushi isn’t exceptional, but it is still tasty and fresh, making it a nice change of flavor from hot pot.

This is my second time dining at this restaurant.
Actually, I've only eaten at two shabu-shabu places, so I’m not professional enough to provide a detailed comparison.
This restaurant is quite famous in the Fuzhong area. Whenever there’s a need for a gathering, we often come here. I have encountered all kinds of groups here, including sports teams, tutoring classes, and family gatherings.
On weekdays, lunch costs 449 NT dollars, and on holidays and for dinner, it’s an additional 100 NT dollars, totaling 549 NT dollars. In terms of this price range, it’s quite acceptable. There are eight types of meat and a lot of vegetables to choose from. The cherry duck is very tender, but it’s a limited-time offer. Each person gets one raw grade A chicken egg, along with a serving of kimchi and snacks. These extras cannot be ordered; they need to be purchased separately. It’s a bit disappointing that you only get one egg per person because most people enjoy having raw eggs with shabu-shabu.
The quality of the meat is very fresh and tender, and the staff’s attitude is quite good. The number of diners was similar on both occasions, but the speed at which the food was served was notably slower during my second visit. The staple food (rice and noodles) can be refilled unlimitedly, but it also comes slowly. I’m not sure if they forgot; I got it only after a reminder.
The beverage bar is quite plentiful, and the flavors are good too. You don't get the feeling that it's cheap just because it's free refills. The restaurant also offers beer for an additional charge.
Considering the price range, this dining experience is acceptable, and I left feeling quite full. However, if you’re looking for a high-end dining experience, this wouldn’t be suitable.
The Kansai-style shabu-shabu is sweetened with sugar, and I prefer it over the Kanto style! Moritaya also originated from Kansai!
This time, we ordered the special course for shabu-shabu, and the dedicated staff members were all dressed in kimonos. They first seared the Wagyu beef with white sugar, then added the shabu-shabu sauce, and the staff mixed it into the egg liquid so we could enjoy the first slice!
Next, they added vegetables, and we could savor it slowly! The Wagyu was cut thick, displaying beautiful marbling. Although the thickness diminished the "melt-in-your-mouth" sensation, we could fully appreciate the aroma of the beef! If you like shabu-shabu, you should give this a try!
The special course also included appetizers and snacks, but nothing particularly memorable. Additionally, Moritaya also offers teppanyaki and deep-fried options to choose from!
Asakusa Imahan is located in Asakusa, basically not far from Asakusa Kaminarimon Gate. On the way to the shrine, we will pass by the Nakamise-dori store, and what we dined at today is the Kokusai-dori store in the other direction. Later I discovered that there are actually many branches of Asakusa Imahan in Asakusa.
In principle, there will be long queues at all places, so it is not easy to eat. In addition, the price is quite high, so if you go to eat during dinner time, it will be a bit hard to eat. This time we went to enjoy their business lunch at noon. The price was relatively affordable, but still not cheap.
The overall dining experience is very good, and the waiters are quite polite and will demonstrate how to make sukiyaki at the beginning. In addition, the side dishes and meat ingredients are very fresh. When I ate sukiyaki in Taiwan, I thought that sukiyaki is a hot pot that uses soy sauce to cook meat. After I came to this store, I realized that sukiyaki is delicious, and I originally thought that using wagyu beef to cook hot pot was a waste, but in this store, although they use sukiyaki to cook wagyu beef, , but the delicious taste of wagyu can still be fully expressed, and it will not lose to grilled wagyu. Overall, it is highly recommended.

This time the family dinner was really more fun. One table had 2 pots of all-you-can-eat sukiyaki~
I chose one of Japanese sauce soup base and cumin sesame soup base.
After the waiter introduced it, he first brought a meat plate that was not on the menu.
It’s a limited time only: Cherry Duck and Wagyu Beef!
+A comprehensive beef plate and chicken drumstick plate are also available
The meat quality is basically good and the overall oil distribution is pretty good, but there are some
A few plates will give you more oil flowers.
After eating, just tell the clerk what kind of meat plate you want and it will be delivered. The vegetable plate will be pushed by the clerk on the cart and you can choose your ingredients, and the clerk will give us a big plate~
Eat it with beef slices dipped in egg wash, it tastes smooth, tender and delicious!
The beef is paired with another cumin-spiced soup base. The meat + cumin aroma + slightly spicy taste is also delicious!
For the side dishes of udon noodles and shaved noodles, I prefer the springy texture of udon noodles. This time the shaved noodles were a bit soft when cooked (maybe I accidentally cooked them for too long😢)
What’s even more special is the signature light cake, which is hot as soon as it is delivered.
Let yourself DIY, open it and apply honey mustard sauce, buns, onions, and coriander, just like a Chinese burger, very interesting ~
There are quite a variety of small desserts to choose from in the buffet area.
There are also a variety of drinks, smoothies, ice cream, etc., a very diverse selection.
It's a pity that we came to eat during the holiday rush hour and the store was relatively short of manpower. The waiter from the vegetable cart and tofu series only came to ask twice (once we asked for extra orders)
I forgot to set aside time for dessert, and it was too late to finish the meal and have dessert (10-15 minutes left)
Overall, it's not bad, but it's a pity that the meat items are less and the time is...

My mom and I like to eat momo paradise in Taiwan
There is also a restaurant in Brisbane where you can eat!
All you can eat Australian Wagyu beef sukiyaki!
Wagyu beef is milkier and softer than momo’s wagyu beef
It must be because of the place of production.
The seasoning is a bit heavy, but you can add water to adjust the saltiness.
The dishes are also very fresh
But pork seems more ordinary.
(But it doesn’t have the weird smell of Australian pork)
A store that I will definitely keep visiting! ! !
♬ Store introduction
In 2003, Taiwan's first Mo-Mo-Paradise sukiyaki and hot pot specialty store was introduced from Japan. With the belief and value of "creating the best dining experience for customers", everything from the soup base, ingredients, environment to service maintains authentic Japanese style. Staff spirit.
♬ Environmental services
Like many all-you-can-eat sukiyaki restaurants, waiters will often come to the table to ask if they want to replenish vegetables. The service is pretty good and the environment is very clean!
♬ Meal Reviews
This time I saw that he had launched a wagyu set meal, and I ordered it immediately. The price per person is 899 yuan + 10%, which is 989 yuan. The wagyu set meal mainly provides grilled wagyu nigiri sushi as an appetizer, and Australian M6-7 wagyu front shank. Heart, Australian M6-7 Wagyu three-pointed beef and American USDA Prime top natural beef shoulder. Among them, the front leg heart and three-pointed beef are chewy. My favorite is the shoulder blade. It tastes very tender and has enough beef flavor. It is also cold. The kimchi, pork, pork, and soy milk cold noodles provided are also great! The slightly spicy taste is very appetizing, and the seasoning is very rich, which is perfect to order when eating meat for a change of taste.
An all-you-can-eat sukiyaki restaurant. This time I ordered a single-pot sukiyaki. The plan was to choose top-quality wagyu beef.
Let’s talk about the advantages first. The service staff is good. The buffet bar has a lot of choices. There are many kinds of drinks. There are ordinary sodas, smoothies and so on. There are also hand-scooped and ice cream to choose from. The meat quality is not bad, but it is not amazing either.
Let’s talk about the shortcomings. The seafood plate is almost not very fresh. The meat is not served quickly. And the meat is secretly reduced. For example, if you order 3 plates, you will get two plates. If you order 4 kinds, you will only get two kinds. Or if you order 4 plates, you will get four. But the two plates of meat are actually divided into four plates equally. Although this is a traditional all-you-can-eat method, it is still very unpleasant. Also, the cooked food in the buffet bar is very slow. Although this may not be suitable for most people. It's not a problem for people, because most people who have all-you-can-eat eat meat to recoup their costs. But the same thing: I can not eat it, but you can't live without it.
All in all, I won’t come here specifically to spend money in the future, but I will still come here if my friends make an appointment.

When a small hot pot in Taipei costs NT$200, the momo sukiyaki on the fourth floor of Beijing Station is simply an angel. Even the cheapest plan has four kinds of meat and more than 20 kinds of fresh vegetable ingredients to choose from. Go to the beverage buffet bar, and you can get one meal for two meals for less than 500 per person, which is a great deal!
As for the location, the best one is the window seat for four, which is relatively spacious and there is no adjacent table. If there is an adjacent table, it will be relatively crowded when going in and out to get drinks.
This time I only ordered a single pot of sukiyaki soup base. If you want the mandarin duck pot, it costs +50 per person. The advantage is that you won’t be so tired after eating it (a common problem with sukiyaki pot🤣). It is recommended to have one heavy flavor and one light. A little bit of it (such as tomato pot or shabu-shabu). There is water and sukiyaki sauce at the table, so you can adjust the saltiness yourself. The sukiyaki pot will come with extra raw eggs. If you don't order sukiyaki in the soup base, it won't be there. Pay special attention to this.
As for the meat, the beef pork belly and pork plum blossoms are particularly good. It’s incredible to have pork plum blossoms like this at this price. I usually don’t order pork when I’m full, but I always order it here🤣
I saw in the previous article that someone shared that they could use the salty tonkotsu hotpot dipping sauce, so I ordered one. It tastes like garlic bread. Friends who like garlic flavor can try it😆
