The interior of the restaurant was elegant. I made a reservation for a weekday night and waited about 10 minutes before being seated. The space was spacious, and even with many customers, I was able to eat comfortably and slowly!
You can choose from two types of soup, and orders for the all-you-can-eat items are made via QR code. The male staff member in a suit came to ask every 10 minutes or so what we needed, and we could order from him as well.

Overall, the ingredients were very fresh. The meat was a rich red, beautifully cut, and very tender. The vegetables were vibrant in color, and I was very satisfied with the quality!

• Sukiyaki
  There were sauce and dashi (broth) available at each table, allowing you to adjust the thickness to your taste. As it cooked, the flavor became richer, and you definitely need to add a lot of dashi. 😳 You can order not only rice but also udon, making it delicious all the way to the end!

• Miso
  The miso was slightly spicy but not overwhelmingly so, and it was delicious! There were ingredients that are not typically added to sukiyaki, so I personally think it might be better to order another soup along with the sukiyaki for a tastier experience!
