Golden Three Wheat has always been a good choice for dining with friends or even continuing to the next place. I heard that they give a whole 6-inch cake on your birthday, so I came with friends to enjoy a meal (not my birthday, haha).
This was my first time dining at the Banqiao Mega City store. The decor felt similar to previous branches. I really like the style of the restaurant, and that day we simply ordered two dishes.
▪️ Golden Three Wheat Classic Platter $1380
Includes crispy pepper chicken, German pork knuckle, American fries, and three types of sausages (black pepper, smoked, and green peppercorn). This classic platter was too much for just the two of us, but it was so satisfying when served 😂. My absolute favorite was the pepper chicken, perfectly fried and great with the dipping sauce! The rest were tasty, but it’s definitely better to share with more people.
▪️ Spanish Seafood Paella $480/2 people
We ordered this dish after we were almost finished with our platter. I don't know if it was because we were too full, but we didn't feel much about it. It had a lot of ingredients, and the rice texture was good, but the flavor wasn’t particularly impressive. Like before, it’s more suitable to share with more people.

I was initially expecting the classic chocolate series from BAC, but due to seasonal reasons, we got a strawberry cream cake. It was average, but it had a nice sense of ceremony, which was pretty good.
Overall, I really liked this place. Friends who love beer also enjoy their selection; the flavors are really good, and the food is just right for gatherings and the environment.
Review from a brace user: The restroom is outside the shop, and there are quite a few sinks.
This time, we dined as two on my birthday at Golden Three Wheat, Banqiao Dayuan Shopping Mall, and it was quite crowded on a holiday afternoon.
The restaurant offered a 6-inch strawberry birthday cake (BAC), but unfortunately, it wasn't chocolate-flavored, and tasted just average.
For the main courses, we ordered the classic platter (NT$1380) and the Spanish seafood paella (NT$480).
What I couldn't forget was the pepper chicken from the platter, which was still very tasty, though a bit oily, but acceptable. The German pork knuckle looked very tough, but it was not only tender but also had a crispy skin. There were three flavors of sausage (green peppercorn, black pepper, and smoked), but they were a bit salty.
The Spanish seafood paella was quite rich in ingredients, but the serving speed was a bit slow.
The portions were really large; we couldn't finish the platter and paella, so we packed the leftovers to take home.
This time, since I downloaded the app, we received three NT$100 discount coupons, totaling NT$300 off. After adding a 10% service charge of NT$186, the final amount was NT$1871.
Since I was driving, I didn't drink alcohol, but before leaving, I bought a bottle of the restaurant's popular honey beer (NT$125) to take home.
Overall, the food and atmosphere were good, and the portions were generous, making it very suitable for celebrating special occasions.
【New Taipei Zhonghe】Guilty. Hamburger
It's really a hidden burger joint in an alley.
I found it through Google and was drawn in by the "cheese waterfall," so I decided to visit.
Although the burger buns are a bit oily, they're quite fragrant.
The beef patties are made with wagyu beef, and it's recommended to have them cooked medium rare to medium.
The pickles aren’t overly salty, which helps balance the richness.
The price isn’t low, but they do come with side dishes, and considering the taste, it's okay.

＞ The cheese waterfall comes with a small bowl and should be eaten hot to avoid drying out. It’s actually tasty on its own, but adding this just enhances the experience—high in sodium and calories, so I recommend sharing.
🍔 Peanut Butter Bacon Beef Burger $380

＞ I couldn’t accept the peanut butter here ❌ it tasted like nuts that got damp and spoiled! I ended up scraping it off. The parts that were contaminated were still 🤮, but everything else was great, and the bacon was cooked well. As long as there's no peanut butter, it would be fine.
Aged Vinegar Pork Matsusaka Thin Crust Pizza✨$280
＞ Sides: Salad, French Fries
＞ Made with a 10-inch crust, the portion is quite large. It contains cheese, grilled vegetables, and Matsusaka pork, resembling a pizza with slightly limited toppings, but it's quite tasty. 👍🏻 The aged vinegar has a pronounced sourness that helps cut through the richness.

The boss is kind and enthusiastic, and we happened to encounter a 10% discount celebrating the Chinese baseball team's championship. The meals are delicious:
Burger: A basic just burger, and since the boss heard we like spicy food, he specially added his favorite peppers. The burger has a rich and layered flavor, and is very juicy.
Chicken taco: Refreshing and has a zesty lemon fragrance.
French fries: Standard.
Crispy biscuits (on the house from the boss): Quite tasty with a special tomato garlic sauce.

The interior of the store has a gourmet style feel, with decor that creates an atmosphere where you feel like you could host a party at any moment. Additionally, the store has many rare burger figurines that are irresistible. Although you can't take them home, taking photos is still a lot of fun.

Each meal comes with a choice of French fries or potato wedges, and you can select a drink. This time, we enjoyed the Bomb Chicken Leg Burger 🍔. The shop thoughtfully provided gloves 🧤, and I must say the chicken leg was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and very juicy. They also offered pickles 🥒 and chili peppers 🌶️, which made it even more delicious when eaten together 😋.
"Parking"
The shop does not have a designated parking lot 🅿️, but you can park at the farther CITY PARKING. If you're riding a scooter 🛵, it's quite convenient to park in front of the shop.
"Service"
Dining time is 90 minutes, so be mindful of the time to avoid affecting customers who come after you. The shop's service attitude is excellent, and there's a point collection system that encourages return visits 💡.

My family says this restaurant serves the best burgers they've ever had 🍔. Banff is a tourist area, so prices aren't cheap. Dining at a restaurant here starts at around 500 to 600 NTD per person, but the quality is very good. Even randomly chosen restaurants have high ratings, and every dining experience has been great during our stay here!
This restaurant, Brazen, was also chosen randomly. The decor is elegant and beautiful, and during this meal for four, we ordered:
Avocado Toast (CAD22)
Whole wheat toast topped with half an avocado 🥑, a soft-boiled egg, and lettuce—this is one of my favorite breakfast choices. After all, avocado is really delicious! It blends with any food to create a creamy and rich texture; it's a perfect match with the soft-boiled egg yolk! The meal comes with crispy roasted potatoes 🥔, which are also very tasty. The small potatoes have a chewy texture different from the larger potato chunks. I finished them all because they were so good! If you want a healthier option, I highly recommend this 👍.
Mount Royal with Cheese (CAD26)
This is a huge burger with a 6oz Angus beef patty and bacon 🥓, and it's what my family couldn't stop praising. The beef is large and juicy, with melted smoked cheese and chips—it's simply indulgent 🤤. It also comes with crispy, chewy small roasted potatoes. If you want a happy and guilty pleasure, I highly recommend this 👍.
Steak Sandwich (CAD26)
The bread for this sandwich is the chewy kind, paired with a 5oz Angus steak. It's the same Angus beef, but this one feels more like a steak than a juicy burger patty. It's cooked medium-rare, very tender and tasty. The onion rings inside are fried in a unique way, with a very thin crispy fried coating, adding a different texture when eaten with the steak. I highly recommend this dish as well.
Latte (CAD5.5)
The latte came with a plate full of sugar packets, which made me laugh. The foam on top was dense and creamy, and the coffee itself was quite bitter, which explains all the sugar packets 😅. After adding one sugar packet, it was smoother and quite good—worth ordering 👍.
Overall, everyone was very satisfied with the meal. Each of the three different breakfasts had its own unique features, and it was clear that a lot of effort went into the food preparation. The waiter was also very enthusiastic, frequently checking in on our dining experience. The only downside was that the check-ins were a bit too frequent, which made me feel a little interrupted 😂. Other than that, everything was great!
The chef is a former Top Chef winner. Initially, they opened a restaurant in Chicago, and later opened one in Los Angeles. As soon as you get to the entrance, you can already feel the full atmosphere! The staff are also very enthusiastic, not only welcoming you warmly but also able to answer all the questions! If you bring your partner here for a date, it definitely creates a full sense of occasion!
The menu is very simple and easy to understand, with all the dishes clearly listed! Without any recommendations, I randomly ordered three dishes:

Sausage cream biscuits with cocktail sauce~ Although it might sound a bit strange, you should definitely order it when you visit the restaurant. Once you take a bite, you won't regret it. I personally highly recommend it!
❤️ Chili Sichuan Basted Bass
The salty and sweet taste, with almonds complementing the sweet and sour flavor of honey apples🍎! This dish not only keeps everyone coming back for more, but it also whets your appetite more and more! It's a truly remarkable dish ~ the impressive thing is that you'll be full of praise for it and will keep thinking about it after you've finished eating, wanting to go back!
❤️ Crabby BBQ Pork Belly
The five-spice butter flavor combined with a hint of BBQ🐷 smokiness! This is a taste that I haven't experienced in other restaurants! After tasting the first bite, you can't help but want to keep eating ~ the overall flavor blends so well! You can't imagine how the chef managed to create such a flavor; no wonder they are an award-winning 🏆 chef! Although it's a simple dish, every aspect is exceptionally well-executed, and the most important thing is the innovative taste!
This is one of the few five-star must-eats for me. If any of my friends go to downtown Los Angeles, they must make a reservation 🍜 to try it out and share other dishes with me because all three dishes I ordered were absolutely spot on! I even wanted to take a bite of what the people next to me were having ~ I look forward to someone sharing their experience with me!
This Universal Studios in California is very famous, perhaps because Mario has just appeared at Universal Studios 🌍, which has caused a frenzy over a series of Mario-related merchandise! There are even many people online teaching how to book a reservation at this restaurant... I also researched how to make a reservation!
It seems you need to come here early to scan the QR code and stand in line for a reservation, but in reality, I could easily make a reservation online. Once it's time, you just go to the entrance where staff will greet you! However, even when it's your reserved time, you still have to wait in line after getting inside to order 🍜, and then wait again for a table! The series of waiting actually made me feel that it might not be worth the price...

I looked it up a bit, and it seems everyone thinks this dish is the best. I did find it quite good, a very American-style burger! It had bacon in the middle, but the bacon wasn't crispy enough; you could tell it had been sitting for a little while, so it was a bit hard! Overall, the taste was nice, and the burger patty was quite juicy! If you do come, you can order this one!
❤️ super mushroom soup
This is the dish I recommend the most. The mushrooms are finely chopped, but each bite has a rich mushroom flavor. Although it might be a bit heavy for us Asians, it’s still pretty tasty! The best part is you can take the mushroom cup home! I find this dish to be quite a good value.
❤️ spaghetti 🍝 & meatballs
As for this pasta, I wouldn’t particularly recommend it! Although the meatballs aren’t too dry and have decent flavor, the spaghetti itself is quite soft and mushy～I just couldn’t finish the whole dish!
I think dining here is all about the novelty; everything feels cute, and the experience is what counts! I probably wouldn’t want to come back for a second time!

Additionally, the seared salmon 🍣 was average, nothing particularly impressive; the pink lady was also good, offering a unique texture and aroma.
On Sunday afternoon, I went to dine, and the restaurant was fully booked. Before 2 PM, brunch plates were available to order. Online ordering was available, but the food took over 20 minutes to be freshly made. No service charge was collected, and although it was labeled as a health food store on Google Maps, the overall style was that of an American diner.

＞ Coated in oats before frying, the outer layer was quite hard, but it had a nice grainy aroma that was somewhat special – the meat was tender.
＞ For those who are not fond of cheese, the strong smell from the stinky cheese powder might be unbearable; it smelled quite pungent as soon as it was served.

＞ The pork was tender, but the smoky flavor was average.

＞ Although it was a creamy pasta, the overwhelming taste of raw garlic was hitting me hard; this dish should probably be called raw garlic pasta⋯.
◽ Jason's Favorite Cheese Wild Mushroom Beef Burger $400
＞ It came with fries and smoked cabbage; the fries were better than the burger.
＞ I don’t know who Jason is… but his taste might be very different from mine.
＞ The aged cheese was very thin and hardly noticeable.
＞ The wild mushrooms were good👌.
＞ The most important aspect of a burger is the bread and the patty itself; the bread was average, the patty was dry and lacked juice, resulting in consuming a lot of calories while getting increasingly frustrated (it can be expensive, but it shouldn’t taste bad).
Overall, it was my first and last time eating there.
