Paws Cafe in New Taipei's Xinzhuang
This pet cafe has not been open for long. On the day of my visit, I met the resident cats—Bubbles, Oh Oh, and Lu Lu. All three are Ragdoll cats and extremely adorable! Their fur is beautifully white 🤍, and their eyes sparkle.
There’s a sleepy cat, a very lively E-cat, and another who guards the stairs waiting for a chance to escape.
The portions of the meals are quite large! Guys can easily finish them. The only downside is that the dining time is limited to 90 minutes. I miscalculated—while eating, I also wanted to pet the cats 😭. If you just plan to have afternoon tea, the schedule will be much more relaxed!
✨ Highly recommended:
◽ Bacon Avocado Eggs Benedict ✨ $340
> The bacon is slightly warmed and has a soft texture, topped with a runny egg and drizzled with cheese sauce, combined with fresh lettuce. The avocado is spread on the muffin, and the bacon itself is quite flavorful, pairing well with the lettuce. This combo comes with two portions! It also includes fries, salad, and fresh fruit, making it super filling for girls (so I let my boyfriend handle it).
◽ Spicy Black Pepper Handmade Pork Thick Cut Muffin Burger $370
> The big breakfast platter is quite generous! It comes with German sausage, fries, salad, and fruit. The pork chop has a strong pepper taste; the spiciness comes from the chili itself, offering a filling meal, though I personally didn't like it much. Upgrade to Set A for an additional $30 (you can choose a $60 drink or deduct $60 from any drink).
◽ Iced Mocha $160
> It looks like a latte, but the cocoa flavor is quite mild.

Pingtung Pet-Themed Restaurant - Violet Pet Leisure Cafe, originally located on Ziyou Road, recently moved to Gongyu Street. The new location has a very large area with a super large meadow for dogs to run. However, there are currently no facilities, and the dining area is inside a shipping container. Dining in has air conditioning, but there are very few seats, and it is relatively cramped. Another container also has seats, with many cats to accompany diners.
Garlic Chicken Soup Pot 💰290, when served, the surface of the soup had a layer of foam that somewhat affected the appetite (later I removed it myself). The soup base had a rich garlic aroma but was rather light in taste. There were 4-5 pieces of chicken leg meat, and the vegetable platter mainly consisted of mushrooms. It did not include hot pot ingredients and came with a bowl of white rice, which was sufficient in portion.
Creamy Bacon Pasta 💰270, tasted like sauce from a ready-to-eat meal, with a relatively mild flavor. There was a generous amount of bacon which was quite flavorful.
If I visit again, I might just order drinks and let the pets have a big space to run, which would already make them very happy.
A pet-friendly café located between XinZhuang #HappinessStation and #Touqianzhuang. Inside, there are three super white and cute cats and a very friendly Golden Retriever! You can even bring your own pets. The café offers a variety of pet meals and accessories to choose from.
[Environment]
The café is located on the ground floor of a newly built community building. The seating area is on the second floor, with a bright and modern environment, perfect for cats to play around. While dining, you can see cats roaming around and interact with them, which is very therapeutic.
There aren't many seating areas, but most have power outlets, so it's totally fine to sit for a long time and use a computer.
The only downside is that their ventilation seems to have issues. Even though the kitchen is on the first floor, after sitting on the second floor for an afternoon, you leave with a strong smell of oil and smoke on your clothes.
It's recommended that the café should address the ventilation issue seriously, as it might not be very healthy for the cats and dogs to be in that environment 24/7.
[Service]
I rate the service highly! The two staff members were very nice, and you can tell they genuinely like cats and dogs from their interactions. One of the staff even introduced the dog to me and reminded me to be careful of catching a cold as it got cooler when I left. Very considerate!
[Food]
Most meals are served on large plates. I ordered a black pepper handmade pork patty muffin comprehensive breakfast platter. It included lettuce, tomatoes, sliced apples, and small oranges, along with two very crispy sausages. Delicious! The fries were thick-cut and fried, delightful when hot, and not overly greasy when cold.
The muffin burger's texture was somewhat ordinary, but the ingredients inside were solid, especially the large hand-made pork patty, aromatic, fresh, and juicy. The meat juices spread in the mouth with every bite, with no porky smell at all.
———
Overall, the service and food are both good, and the furry friends in the store are super cute. The staff is very friendly, but the lingering oil and smoke smell on me... Originally, I would rate the dining experience 4-5 stars, but the longer the smell stayed on me, the lower my score, haha.
I hope the café sees this review and improves their ventilation situation. 🙏

The first time I saw a meerkat in person was right here 💁🏼♀️.
Also, it's rare to find a pet-themed restaurant where I think the food is delicious. I’ve been to several before; even though the meals were cheap, they really weren't that tasty.
This place puts a lot of effort into the food 🍴, but if your main goal is to interact with pets, you might be a bit disappointed. There are only four cats, and they are a bit standoffish (the dining area is divided into two sections; we were sitting in the left area, and you have to go into the right area behind the railing to see the cats). The meerkats are all kept in a glass enclosure, so you can pretty much only take pictures and look at them up close!
I highly recommend upgrading to the set meal; the fries, cream soup, and bread have a nice quality, not like the kind you just pull out of a random cooking pack. The main courses are all quite good, and there are plenty of ingredients!
Salsa sauce Tonkatsu Pasta $350
Clam Explosion Cream Pasta $330
Classic Tomato Chicken Pasta $290
➕Set A (+140 to upgrade to chef's cream soup, freshly baked bread, fries + 80 off on drinks)
*Full capacity dining time is 100 minutes, and you need to take off your shoes to enter.
*Children under 12 are not accepted on holidays.
The cat cafe, "Time Cat," is located deep in Zhongliao Street, near the Cailiao MRT station. The sign features a logo with a French Bulldog and a cat, which is quite eye-catching and cute.
Today, I enjoyed dishes that included a Munchkin cat, a Ragdoll, and a French Bulldog, totaling around 1400 TWD (I think I went wrong somewhere).
Grilled fresh vegetables:
A simple oil-fried spaghetti, with a generous serving of mushrooms.
Creamy fresh vegetables:
Similarly, a standard spaghetti with a creamy flavor.
Tieguanyin tea:
A strong roasted flavor, with good quality tea leaves. Even without sugar, there is no noticeable astringency; it is quite delicious.
For a pet-themed restaurant, I think having this level of quality is not bad. However, I must complain about one thing: even for vegetarian pasta, the place surprisingly doesn't have Tabasco, which is a completely vegetarian condiment.
The cats and dogs are healthy, full of energy, and cute. To pet the cats, you need to see if you have a connection with them, while the dogs are much friendlier. However, French Bulldogs tend to have issues with their hind leg joints, so please be sure not to let them stand up to beg affection. All of this is noted on the entry guidelines.
Overall, it is a pet-friendly establishment with quite a decent standard. The food is average. The payment method is a bit unique, but I won't elaborate on it here.
I recommend it to everyone!
For meals, a low-cost meal per person is RMB 100 (10% service charge applies)
Simply ordering a thick slice with a drink is more than a low-priced meal. The threshold is very low.
If you want to support Langlang, there is a sponsorship box next to it and you can buy peripherals.
I ordered two thick slices, two main meals and a drink
Basically, the food here shouldn't be the focus (?) and the presentation is quite satisfactory. However, the aroma of the thick slices is really strong, and the sauce has a grainy texture, which is quite good. If you come here in the afternoon to watch the dogs, you can eat it. This little snack seems to be quite chilling~
As for the staple food, it seems to be instant buns that are heated and poured out. They are not unpalatable but just average and filling. I personally prefer braised beef brisket to buttered onion chicken.
You can take photos with the dogs during or after the meal. The owner will also ask the dogs to gather around you and take a group photo together to end the dining experience.
Personally, I think it’s quite novel, and I’m very happy to be able to support the Langlangs. Thank you for having someone who is always doing their best to help the Langlangs.
There are some extroverted waves, some who are afraid of humans, and some who have injured feet or even have one missing foot... What remains unchanged is the loyalty and strength in their eyes. I hope they can all find their own home. All dogs can be happy! ! ! 🏠
A pet cafe that is mainly for dogs. Its located on the first floor. There is no lift available so wont be suitable for people who have trouble walking up stairs. Parking can be challanging to find, however you can park in the atria mall or the multistory paying carpark and walk up.
The environment was nice, though there was a bit of a dog smell when walking up the stairs. However, i couldn't really smell much while in the cafe. There were plenty of small dogs for you to play with. If you wish to feed them, you can buy some treats from the petshop there. There is no cover charge to enter, though you are expected to buy some food.
Service for the food was pretty slow. It may not matter if you want to play with the dogs before you eat, but not so good if you go there hungry. Wanted to order somethings from the snacks menu but it wasnt awailable 🤷♂️
The food on the other hand, was pretty dissapointing. The fish and chips that we ordered was abit undercooked the first time. Quite dissapointing, especially since the food takes some time to prepare. To their credit, they remade the dish but the flavours were average at best. The grilled chicken chop was average for me, though my wife found it abit salty. The ice americano was ordinary, abit light on the flavours for me. Price was on the high end.
Overall, i would rate the food aspects 1 🌟 and 4 🌟 for the pet environment. My son definitely enjoyed the dogs and was reluctant to leave. Perhaps consider desserts (hopefully its better than the mains) when visiting here. Would be back mainly for the dogs.

Which one are you, dog or cat? I am a super dog!
I've always wanted to go to Langlang Cafe before, but I didn't have time. Xiewang is my first one, so I'm super looking forward to it and excited.
Located in Xiewang Coffee in Beitun, Taichung, the dog clerks there were all former Langlangs. Each one has its own story. When they arrived at Xiewang, each dog had a happy smile on its face and looked forward to a new owner. He has a family~
The dog servers here are very professional, and they all have one skill: delivering menus!
After sitting down, the boss will ring the bell and all the dogs will rush over. The boss will designate a service dog to bite the basket with the menu and give it to the guests. After the guests get the menu, they should take out the menu and give the snacks in the bag to the dogs. , then return the bag to the dog, and they will send it back to the boss. Look at the dog shop assistant’s serious service, isn’t it super cute!
The meals here are mainly simple meals and some snacks. I ordered peanut thick slices and black tea. The price is reasonable for a cafe, and it's super cost-effective to buy dogs!
But you should also pay attention to the fact that each dog has a different personality, and once it was a Langlang, it may not be very close to you, and it is still learning. Therefore, before interacting with it, it is recommended to read the introduction of the dog on the wall of the cafe. It won’t make the dog uncomfortable!
Overall Rating: 9🌟
🐱Cat fan themed restaurant | Breed cat adoption space🐱
I have always liked this kind of pet interactive restaurant
Because my mother has repeatedly told me not to bring pets home.
So I haven’t had any pets yet
Every time I want to think about buying it back directly, but I am afraid that it will be thrown away🥲
This interactive pet restaurant completely solves my problem
People who want to play with pets but are unable to keep pets
Meow fan has raised more than 30 cats🐱
When you enter, you can draw a lottery to decide whether to give you meat or a toy.
The cats inside are very enthusiastic and will give you a full sense of interaction.
People with meat paste can get the support of all cats🥰
In the end, I only got a damn toy!
There are all kinds of cats there, including Garfield cats, Maine Coon cats, Munchkin cats, Ragdoll cats, almost everything you can think of!
A paradise for all cat lovers🥰🥰
The store 🈶️ provides cat adoption. If you are interested, you can go and find out more.
Because it is a pet interactive restaurant
So you can focus on pets
The food portion is basically average and expensive
This time I ordered the spaghetti set and the three-cup chicken set
It tastes very ordinary
But there is a cute cat jelly super Q
If you have special requirements for food, you may choose carefully.
Personally, I just go to pet the cat.
So for me, food is just enough to keep me satisfied.
But I hope the price can be more friendly to the people, which would be better!
