The first Shabu-Shabu restaurant in the south to offer sushi - Shabu-Shabu on the 7th floor of Yihsiang Tiandi, features an all-you-can-eat selection of six items: salmon, surf clams, tuna, tofu skin, sweet shrimp, and grilled mackerel. This makes the yin-yang pot experience far from monotonous, as there is also a waffle maker for DIY, and the menu is very diverse, making it a version 2.0 of Shabu-Shabu.
During dinner on holiday periods 💰630, there are five types of meat:
One type of chicken: chicken.
Two types of beef: Angus belly and New Zealand/Australian shoulder.
Two types of pork: pork belly and herb pork.
I personally think this price point offers great value; although the meat is thin, it is in unlimited supply, and it can be cooked in just a few seconds before eating, which is very satisfying. The meat quality is not dry, and you can easily eat ten plates or more.
Although there is sushi, it is after all a Sukiyaki restaurant, so the sushi isn’t exceptional, but it is still tasty and fresh, making it a nice change of flavor from hot pot.
