This shabu-shabu restaurant offers high-quality meats and a variety of vegetable options, with a delicious broth that satisfies. The service for bringing out the meat is fast, there are many drink choices, and desserts like red bean soup are also very popular.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable, with minimalist decor that makes people feel relaxed, making it suitable for gatherings or family get-togethers.
The staff are friendly and efficient, able to quickly meet customer needs, frequently asking if there is a need to replenish ingredients, making the dining experience more enjoyable.
I haven't had sukiyaki in a long time, so I immediately thought of MO-MO-PARADISE. This time, I went to the Banqiao Dayuanbai branch.
The dining option is an all-you-can-eat for 90 minutes. The prices are divided into weekday lunch: one soup base for 469 / two soup bases for 519; dinner and weekends: one soup base for 629 / two soup bases for 679. We chose sukiyaki and salt-flavored tonkotsu soup. Personally, I prefer sukiyaki over tonkotsu, so if I come again, I want to try different flavors.
The speed of serving meat was quite fast. We ordered multiple rounds of all the meats except for chicken, which we only ordered once. There were also quite a few choices for vegetable side dishes, and the staff frequently checked in to see if we needed refills. The self-service drink bar had a variety of options including soda, slushies, tea, juice, and hot drinks, which was quite extensive. At the end, there was a dessert, which that day was red bean soup—a restaurant choice where you can eat until you are very full.
Later, I was tempted to drink and ordered a glass of plum wine. The taste was a bit too refreshing for my liking, and there were a lot of ice cubes, so I personally think it wasn't necessary to order.
This is probably the number one sukiyaki brand in Taiwan.
At the beginning, you can choose whether you want one soup base or two.
I was too lazy to make a choice, so I just ordered the most traditional sukiyaki soup base.
The meat is very diligent, the portion size and quality are not bad, the vegetable choices are amazing, and they are replenished frequently.
Beancurd skin, Baiye, burdock, and fungus are all quite delicious items.
If there is no water or soy sauce to adjust the saltiness of the sukiyaki soup base, just tell the service staff and they will be served immediately.
If the eggs used for cooling are gone, they will be replenished for you immediately.
For the service fee, I think the 10% is quite worth it.
In addition to traditional soda machines, coffee machines, and smoothies, the beverages available at the beverage bar also include Crystal QQ.
Overall, it is a store worth visiting again.
The downside...the toilets in the department store are a bit far from the store, but this is not the store's problem.
