The Reina Shita Maid Cafe is located in an alley on Section 2 of Heping East Road, near the Technology Building Station. It takes about a five-minute walk from the MRT Technology Building Station to get there.
Today, I enjoyed the shop's dog cream puff, slow-cooked beer pork, meat sauce lasagna, truffle fries, and a drink tasting, totaling 1280 NT dollars.
Shop Dog Cream Puff:

Loves to be spoiled and will perform, just like a delicious vanilla cream puff.
It feels really nice to touch, but it moves too fast to take pictures 💖
Slow-Cooked Beer Pork:
Various accidents happened in the middle (like grabbing the wrong sauce bottle), showing the place was quite busy.
The omelette rice had a cat drawn by the maid that looked a bit like a crab.
The delicate texture of the egg wrap is fantastic, and the beer pork is also very tender.
Meat Sauce Lasagna:
A thick slice of lasagna that is quite hearty, the cheese and meat sauce provide a satisfying fullness, and the taste is very refined.
There seems to be some mashed potatoes, adding an extra smooth texture.
Truffle Fries:
The truffle sauce is super rich!
I initially thought it was just regular fries sprinkled with truffle powder, but the truffle sauce was a real surprise.
Crispy and hot fries paired with truffle sauce are just amazing.
Drink Tasting:
A sweet and sour mild cocktail with a light alcohol presence.
You can make a wish to the maid by describing your favorite drink or preference, and they will take it from there.
Since this is a drink tasting, please select a maid to enjoy conversation and drinks with you.
The maids are quite talkative.
Overall, the pricing at the maid cafe is a bit of a drawback, but the quality of the food is worth it. I heard they will soon be reintroducing the Wellington steak that was previously offered, which piques my interest.
Interestingly, although it’s a maid cafe, I happened to visit on Butler Day, so the maids were all dressed as butlers. I’ve visited several maid cafes, but I’ve never been to a butler cafe, making it an interesting new experience.
I recommend it to everyone!
A very special experience; as soon as you enter, you are warmly greeted by the maid staff. For those who have never experienced this type of restaurant, it's a unique start, and the seasoning of the dishes is quite good.
What makes the restaurant special is that you can pay to interact and take photos with the maids, or you can purchase their performance services. If someone happens to buy a performance on that day, you can watch it for free, which is a great deal!
However, since taking photos is a paid service, you cannot take random pictures of the maids in the restaurant. The rest is for everyone to experience for themselves!
Today, the White Rice Police saw Fooday's special event and thought that since I have never been to a maid café before, and this one happened to be near the places I frequent, I decided to give it a try!
I was a little nervous when I entered, after all, I had never been to a place like this before and I wondered if it might be a bit awkward. However, once I walked in, I quickly got into the atmosphere of the place, and the maids were quite easy to talk to, so my nervousness faded away quickly.
I ordered an omelet rice, and the maids can draw a small design on it. I requested a lion, which was drawn by Rii, and it turned out quite well—really impressive! Speaking of the rice, the White Rice Police definitely had to take a good look at how the rice was cooked. The rice in this omelet rice was cooked perfectly! I took a special photo, and everyone can take a look.

Overall, the dinner was quite relaxed and enjoyable, and the food was basically great—a really nice experience! I recommend that those who haven't tried it should give it a go!
My first experience at a maid café; I had never been to one even when I was in Japan. I'm not quite sure what a traditional maid café should look like 😯. However, I had a great time at Reina Hita, and it turned out to be a good experience. I would definitely want to go again if I get the chance.
After being seated, they briefly explained the rules: no photos of the maids, and a minimum spend of 200 per person. I ordered spicy chicken noodles, which were quite spicy but flavorful. Many people say the food at maid cafés isn’t good, but maybe because I didn’t have high expectations, I actually thought it tasted a bit good that day; it felt like they put in some effort into the food.
Also, the maids at Reina Hita felt more like chatting with friends, not overly cute or sweet, but they were all very talkative. There weren’t many customers that day, but if the café was full, it seemed like three maids might not be enough.
I was unexpectedly happy to order a Polaroid picture. While drawing the Polaroid, they chatted with me. It was my first time there too, and I’d recommend trying out the Polaroids.
Coincidentally, someone ordered a performance, so we got to watch it for free. No photos or videos were allowed during the performance. I initially thought there would be some interactive dance, but to my surprise, it was a solid dance performance. The maids that day were really cute and serious about it. After the experience, I felt unexpectedly joyful, but I still suggest that shy people go with a friend 😂.

The location is in a slightly local area rather than a tourist spot, so the surrounding atmosphere was calm, allowing me to enjoy it at a leisurely pace!

When I entered the café, the maids welcomed me in Japanese by saying, "Welcome back!" and I felt that this is a culture that Japan can proudly present to the world, haha.
The interior was spacious and had a calm ambiance, perhaps because it was designed with an old castle theme, as white is a rare color compared to typical cafes.

The menu wasn’t just filled with cute items like those in Japanese maid cafés; there were also substantial dishes. I had duck pasta with balsamic vinegar, and I really liked the sweet flavor of the seasoning! This dish also came with a drink, so I was able to enjoy a satisfying meal. 🍽️
【Service evaluation】
When I first entered, I only saw three maids, which gave me a slightly lonely impression. However, they made the effort to visit each table and engage in conversation, so I was able to chat properly! Also, although I couldn't take photos, there was a stage dance performed by the maids, and I got to see them dance to songs from Japanese idol groups! (I think what you can see varies depending on the day.)

I have been to a maid café in Japan once before, but I've found that this one in Taiwan allowed me to enjoy it in a more relaxed manner compared to those in Japan! ✨

Everyone has a minimum spend of 200 yuan, and basically ordering one main dish exceeds that. The maids occasionally come by to chat, and the emotional value is abundant, which is really nice~ It truly gives a feeling of being at home and interacting comfortably.
The pipe meat sauce noodles are quite delicious, a bit spicy, but still acceptable. The cassia seed tea is slightly sweet and very refreshing and tasty.
You can pay extra for a magical set and get a polaroid picture. The magical set includes a maid's special drink (you can choose the color), a serving of fries, and a polaroid photo with a maid.
You can also see other maids' friends cosplaying as maids in the venue, which is very touching and joyful (≧◡≦) ♡
The shop's dog, Puff, is super cute; it’s a little fluffy white Pomeranian.
Basically, aside from the environment being somewhat better, the service and food are quite good, but it feels like there are a bit of staff shortages among the maids. It would be even better if there were a few more!
