Shrimp and Scrambled Eggs (Small) / 70 NTD:
The dish is pre-prepared and placed on the counter, so it's served cold, but the taste is not bad. It pairs well with the porridge, and there are about 4-5 shrimp.
Sweet and Sour Pork Loin / 120 NTD:
The coating is a bit thick, and the seasoning is just okay. It feels a bit empty when eating; I suggest choosing another dish to go with the porridge.
Sweet Potato Porridge / 30 NTD (all-you-can-eat):
The staff seems to serve sweet potato porridge directly without asking if you want anything else. You might need to mention any additional items in advance.
In summary, since the restaurant is open late, if you're hungry during night hours, this place is a decent option for taste. The environment is a bit noisy, so you can imagine it as a stir-fry place.🤣

Fuding Casserole Porridge is a casserole porridge brand that originated from Xinzhuang in 2014. Since its establishment, its only branch is on Nanjing East Road in Taipei.
But this does not mean that the taste is unpopular. I prefer Liubiju, another famous casserole porridge restaurant. They focus on walking steadily on the road they have paved. Compared with the pickled fish fish that are exploding everywhere, I don’t realize that Wan you.
Today we enjoyed top-notch health porridge, tea tree mushroom chicken porridge, pumpkin seafood porridge, sweet and sour fish fillet, grandma’s omelette, preserved egg and sweet potato leaves.
The porridge is for two people and three flavors for six people.

This porridge can be made vegetarian. It is mainly composed of a large amount of mushrooms and is garnished with chestnuts and nut butter.

Chenji Zhuangyuan Porridge can be regarded as a long-standing restaurant in Hualien. The store is located near the Dongdamen Night Market in Hualien. Before the epidemic, the way to order food in the past was to order directly at the intersection when you first entered the store, looking at the food. The clerk helped to pick it up. The ordering method has changed a bit this time, but I still like the previous ordering method.
The price is really expensive for Hualien. The important thing is that there is a 10% service charge. There is no water, I have to get the cup by myself, the tissue paper, the dishes and chopsticks by myself...
