Environment
Located on the first floor of Carrefour, there are limited tables due to space constraints, mostly bar seats. The arrangement of the seats is quite dense, making it feel a bit cramped and oppressive.
Food
📍 Prices are differentiated by plate color
Pink 💰 30
White 💰 40
Black 💰 60
I personally recommend the miso soup 🥣 and the brown sugar cheesecake. For the sushi, the salmon series is worth considering; sometimes the marbling is really nice. However, the scallops are not so great; they taste like ice cubes and you can clearly tell they were not fully thawed.
Parking
Scooters 🛵 have both open-air and covered parking spots on the first floor.
Cars 🚗 have underground and upper-level parking lots 🅿️, with most people parking in the basement as the slope is less steep there.
Service
There are many staff members at the store, and service is quite prompt. A bit of an inconvenience is that the menu is available via QR code 📱, but you can't order online and check the progress. You can only ask the staff to take notes by hand. If it could switch to online ordering, it would save time and manpower.

🍣 A hidden dessert shop that gets overshadowed by sushi (?
I've written about Zengxian and also about Zhang Sushi, so how could I miss Sushi Lang?✌🏻
Since the dining hours are always packed with people, each time I want to eat, I first check the app to confirm which store has fewer people waiting on-site. I also decide whether to take a number based on the situation 📱
It could be that other department stores are still having their anniversary sales, so it's rare to have no lines on a holiday, and we were the next group right after arriving ❤️
According to the plate colors, there are three price levels: 40, 60, and 80. If something is not available on the revolving sushi belt, you can order using a tablet. Personally, I really love their chawanmushi (but it looks unappealing in photos).
In addition to the common sushi items like salmon and tuna, they also have some creative dishes like Osaka-style sushi.
Besides that, the dessert champion is undoubtedly Sushi Lang 🏆. I’ve thought that their soft serve is already generous and delicious, and this time trying other items was also very good 👍🏻
I'm sure most people are already familiar with this. Without further ado, let’s just look at the photos✨
On a holiday, the restaurants in the Xintian Financial District are packed with people. Except for this sushi place, I already felt a bit uneasy inside, but I didn't want to wait; I just wanted to fill my stomach first.
I sat down and brewed my own green tea. I have to say, the water used in this restaurant is really, really hot; one careless move could result in a burn.
Although it's conveyor belt sushi, nowadays most orders are placed online, and then the staff brings the dishes to you. I ordered a few plates, and to be honest, I was quite disappointed. The rice lacked the flavor of sushi, and the ingredients didn't really have any freshness.
Overall, I wouldn't say it was inedible, but sushi isn't cheap to begin with, and I probably won't come back again.
Last time I went to a budget sushi place that claimed to beat chain conveyor belt sushi, but before long I was proven wrong by Shiwumaru, hahahaha.
🏠 Environment and Service
Located in the M Square Plaza on Guoan 1st Road, this regional chain conveyor belt sushi restaurant (currently with locations in Taichung, Yunlin, and Chiayi) has a nice environment. It’s on the first floor, and you don’t have to queue on weekdays during lunch. Everything you need while dining is at the table; most dishes come via the conveyor belt train, with a few items delivered by staff (you have to press a button to send the train back, which is pretty fun xD).
🍽️ Food
All the sushi rice is freshly shaped; the balance of sweet and sour flavors is quite good, not leaning too much to either side. It has an airy quality, and the fish portions are well attached, so they don’t fall off when dipped in soy sauce (that's basic, right?). There’s also a distinction between the light soy sauce for sushi and the soy sauce paste for tempura. Overall, the food is quite good, though the squid from Penghu was surprisingly a bit tough to chew; I didn’t try the bright skin fish this time, saving that for next time.
I highly recommend the grilled seafood set, which includes salmon, mackerel, tuna, flounder, and scallops, with each piece having slightly different seasonings—quite nice.
The side dishes were also good; the miso soup had a rich vegetable base, and the fish was cooked just right. The fried chicken was on the saltier side, with little sweetness; it was juicy dark meat with a light, crispy batter. It was originally a bit salty, but after squeezing some lemon, it became just right—then I added some soy sauce paste for a touch of sweetness.
The only downside is that the seasonal menu items don’t have pictures; the staff will read them out, but with my goldfish memory, I only remembered that the squid gunkan was 40 NT dollars, and I forgot the prices of the other two items xDDD.

On this trip to Japan, I did a lot of research on sashimi and really wanted to try some conveyor belt sushi. I heard this place has good quality and reasonable prices. Knowing there would be a long wait later, I specifically chose to visit shortly after they opened, arriving around 11:20 and waited almost 40-50 minutes to be seated.
That day, I ordered: salmon/salmon belly 👍/flounder/red snapper/sweet shrimp 👍/double scallop 👍/botan shrimp/crab salad gunkan/chawanmushi/matsuba crab/draft beer. Besides the recommended items, the others were pretty standard.
The pricing is based on the color of the plates, with prices of ¥165/268/396/528, and there is also a special menu where you can order by drawing, which I found surprisingly traditional. The menu is very dense, so you have to read carefully, and the chefs are in the center. The conveyor belt has two layers, with food on the upper layer and cups available for self-service on the lower layer. If they sold cups, I would buy one (the design is really cute and nice!!).
Overall, I felt that it was not too impressive. I had a very filling breakfast that day, so I didn't eat a lot (?). But overall, the quality was standard, and the atmosphere was quite nice. Not having to wait in line was good, but if I had to wait a long time, I think there are more comparable options.
Reviewer with braces: The restroom is quite far, you have to walk to the other side.
This revolving sushi restaurant opens at 11:00. To get the first batch, you need to line up for the elevator. We arrived at 11:20 to take a number and waited about 50 minutes to get in. If you miss the first batch, you usually have to wait 1-2 hours, and even Japanese people come to eat here.
There are four pricing options: 165, 286, 396, and 528 yen. You order by filling out a form with the item numbers and the number of plates. If you don’t want wasabi, you mark it with an X, and then hand it to the staff. You can get tea at your seat, and the cups and soy sauce dishes also rotate past you; the cups are quite cute.
We ordered double-layer scallops, salmon, sweet shrimp, flatfish, horse mackerel, flatfish fin meat, Matsuba crab (single piece), botan shrimp (single piece), crab salad gunkan, chawanmushi, and draft beer. I personally recommend the double-layer scallops and sweet shrimp for their fresh and sweet taste.
The total for two people was 5647 yen. The food overall was good, but if I had to wait more than two hours, I probably wouldn't come back—not because it’s bad, but it’s just not worth such a long wait.
Across from San Shang Qiao Fu.
When I was a child, I thought sushi running on a track was really cool XD.
Located on the second floor next to the moat, the store has a spacious interior and many seats. On weekends, it’s full at around 6 or 7 pm and there are many take-away orders.
There are more and more conveyor belt sushi brands, so if I want to eat sashimi, I wouldn’t prioritize choosing this place. Compared to others, you don't have to wait as long XD.
I still really like their miso soup and octopus sushi ❤️. The miso soup even has salmon chunks in it. Other dishes taste normal; not too bad, but not amazing either. Sometimes the seasonal special is well done.
Today, I was disappointed with the caramel pudding cake QAQ. There was a thin layer on the top with a pudding texture, and the bottom was like a mousse (?). Overall, it was quite sweet, and I wasn't sure if the caramel itself had a sour taste or if it had been on the conveyor belt for too long, making the caramel sauce slightly sour.

🍣 Chain sushi conveyor belt has upgraded and added more items
Only kids make choices; adults obviously want them all.
So after trying the plus version, it's hard to go back to the regular stores.
After all, this place offers many more different items beyond the usual offerings from Jing Sian. ❤️
Basically, you still need to wait for a table on-site.
We were lucky that two of us were arranged at a spacious square table.
The plates on the conveyor belt are color-coded into three types:
Pink plate 30 NTD 🩷, White plate 40 NTD 🤍, Black plate 60 NTD 🖤.
Scanning the QR code will show the prices for individual items, which are written there.
After ordering, the food is delivered directly to the table via a high-speed train (?).
But unfortunately, the train broke down that day, and the staff had to deliver it directly. 🥹
This time I came to eat during my favorite autumn crab season,
so there are a lot of crab-themed items 🦀.
From crab bodies, crab legs, crab roe, and crab meat, they have it all—super awesome! 👍🏻
For me, Sushiro, Kura Sushi, and Jing Sian all have their strong points,
but I personally still prefer the popular items from Jing Sian Plus.
Especially the classic miso soup and salmon sushi, which I must order every time.
Baked mussels are also an item that other brands don’t offer.
Although the price has secretly increased (from 3 pieces to 2 pieces), I still love it.
Before coming there, I had thought about buying
the cute JOGUMAN cold water bottle as well,
but it was so popular that it was completely sold out, so I had to give up. 🦕
While writing this, I'm thinking about taking advantage of the crab season and going again soon.
I didn't expect that the official page announced that the products related to bread crab had sold out.
So I will have to wait until next month to see if there are any new activities
and go eat then (that’s how much I love it)! ✨

The Zang Sushi in Nangang is a place I often visit with my family. Reflecting on the time when Zang Sushi had just become popular, going to eat there was an eagerly anticipated event. The food was tastier and more varied compared to other conveyor belt sushi places, and the fact that you could get gacha toys made it even fresher and more fun. Now, with many different conveyor belt sushi restaurants emerging, the excitement of eating at Zang Sushi seems to have diminished. However, it still remains a good option for my family when we don’t know what to eat, especially when we’re not too hungry. Conveyor belt sushi is very convenient, allowing us to decide how much we want to eat.
The descriptions of the dishes for this meal are in the photos, and overall, it was quite good. Sushi Lang does a pretty good job with quality control; each branch doesn’t differ too much in taste. Most of the items we ordered this time were things we commonly eat, but I don't know if it’s because we've had better quality at other conveyor belt sushi places that made me feel the freshness and delicacy of Sushi Lang wasn’t as high as it used to be. Nevertheless, it was still very delicious and nothing was a disappointment.
Members of the Nangang branch can park for free every month (with a limit on the number of times), and we didn’t have to wait in line during our weekday visit. However, there can be long queues on weekends. Due to its high convenience, we will continue to revisit.
