Since my trip to Central and South America, I've had a passion for the food from that region! After visiting the bar next to this restaurant last time, I quietly noted this restaurant down! When I came today, it was actually earlier than the time I had reserved, but the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and immediately arranged a seat for me, even offering me a glass of rosé wine! This really set a great atmosphere as I entered the restaurant! After being seated, the server who warmly attended to us was very attentive, perfectly fulfilling our every request and need!

Today we ordered:
❤️ cheese empanadas
After having the most authentic version of this dish in Central and South America, I couldn't forget about it. Although today's version from this restaurant was a little different, the texture of the filling was very similar. Plus, they had a different sauce to go with it, making it quite a unique flavor! It came out especially hot, so some oil may splatter out, which is something to be careful about!
❤️ ceviche tropical
This dish is a must-try from Central and South America, but it was my first time having it paired with banana slices. It actually enhances the freshness of the raw fish, adding a light sweetness from the banana, making it a wonderful appetizer!
❤️ rum pepper shrimp 🦐
This dish made me feel less like I was eating South American cuisine; it looked more like a sweet and sour shrimp dish from Chinese cuisine. Although it tasted good, it gave me the illusion of eating Chinese food. Some people really enjoyed it and polished off most of it. If someone is hesitant to try South American dishes, they might consider giving this one a go!
❤️ El churrasco
The steak in this dish was quite good; although I personally prefer the texture of filet, the way they prepared the sirloin was impressive! It was tender and juicy in the middle, and the accompanying side dishes were appetizing as well!

Overall, this is a restaurant I would definitely return to. Each dish was mostly on point; although I personally didn't like the dish that resembled Chinese food, my friends praised it endlessly. I believe there will definitely be others who enjoy that flavor! If you're visiting this area, you should give it a try!

It’s hard to eat South American food in Taiwan.
This time I saw a cheap and well-reviewed Jamaican restaurant and wanted to try it.
This time I ordered the signature jerk chicken rice
A bit like the concept of chicken leg rice
But the special thing is his sauce
It feels a bit like sweet chili sauce, but also has a bit of spiciness.
As a result, although it is spicy, it tastes very delicious.
Rice part: There are soy products with soybeans in it
The meal will not feel monotonous and the overall taste will be very colorful.
Although I still prefer white rice.

In addition, this store also sells oxtail rice. I want to try it next time!

Conclusion: I think it’s highly recommended and worth it if you want to try exotic cuisine.

I accidentally discovered this restaurant while walking around Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam today.
I saw the photos outside and thought it was great. I wanted to go in right away.
Unexpectedly, it was not time to open the door, so I missed it.
But the photo of the entrance looked really great, so I decided to wait nearby.
When the door opened, as soon as I arrived upstairs, I felt that the whole atmosphere was great!
The restaurant has an open kitchen...
You can see what the chefs and bartenders are doing!
The waiters are also very enthusiastic, smiling and speak very good English!
Originally we just wanted to order a glass of wine during happy hour🍸and a small meal to go with the wine~
In the end, I just had dinner because the food was so delicious.

❤️Ceviche roja
Although I felt that I should eat local food to be more delicious in Vietnam, I didn’t expect that when I just came back from Central and South America, I ordered the most classic dish when I entered this restaurant. When the dish was served, it was full of visual effects. Not only does it look good, they also provide matching crisps to enhance the taste of the food itself, making it even more delicious! They really brought out the essence of this dish from Central and South America. The raw fish is very fresh and the sweet and sour part of the salsa is also well controlled! Everything else is chopped very finely so that every combination of vegetables and raw fish can be perfectly blended! I personally highly recommend this one!

❤️Crab chicharron
This dish is also a very famous dish ~ soft shell crab! The meal was served at just the right temperature - some salmon roe was added on top to enhance the flavor! There is an incredible use of avocado 🥑 sauce underneath the soft shell crab. The avocado sauce paired with the soft shell crab is really delicious! They also provide a red chili sauce that enhances the original flavor of the soft shell crab when paired with it! Laddu adds to the excitement! I also highly recommend this one!

❤️Crispy baby octopus 🐙
Since they didn't have baby octopus today, they used tuna instead! In the middle, raw egg yolk is used to enhance the flavor ~ and then chili puree made from Mexican chili peppers is provided. You can adjust the spiciness according to your own preferences and add it in... The umami and fusion of the whole meal are perfect ~ perfect for pairing with wine or It’s delicious even if you eat it alone! You can feel the sweetness of seafood and the delicate fusion of vegetables in every bite~

We also ordered two glasses of Argentinian red wine, which is perfect for dining and wine tasting here!
I personally highly recommend this restaurant and hope everyone will give it a try if you have the opportunity!

Like I said last time... they use a lot of different vegetables to cook them! The natural sweetness of the vegetables is completely cooked...and then some beans and rice are added...and finally served with chicken drumsticks that are cooked until tender! Then sprinkle with coriander before serving~
Although it sounds simple, it is very smooth, delicious and healthy!
It not only warms the body, but also fills the stomach. It is good protein plus high-quality starch~

Highly recommended for those who are concerned about their weight, those who like to try new things, or even those who want to maintain their health!

❤️Cazuela
This soup is a very nutritious dish that can be served as a meal! It contains carrots, potatoes, pumpkins, corn, onions and chicken legs! Equally full of protein and healthy carbohydrates! There will also be a little bit of rice...it tastes a bit like soup rice, but because the sweetness of the vegetables is completely integrated into the soup ~ I love it!
If you come to Chile, I highly recommend this local Chilean dish to everyone!

The soup of this noodle also has a special taste. If you have ever tried Indian food, I think it tastes very similar to some Indian sauces! It looks red but not spicy at all. It has a rather special aroma! But I’m not used to eating noodles. Our Taiwanese noodles are much more delicious!

This is a small restaurant that only locals go to...it may not be easy to find for tourists! But if you can take a car to the nearby area, you can really try the local taste!

Everyone who comes to Central and South America must try the classic pisco sour.. But if you want to try too many and want to change the taste, you can try the mango flavor! Personally, I think it's a little less bitter... and has a little more mango sweetness! Very suitable for girls who don’t know how to drink~
