I don’t know if you all have heard of this restaurant? This restaurant has been on my bucket list for several years. I’ve seen it consistently ranked among the top 50 best restaurants in Asia every year, and often in the top 10. It even used to be the number one restaurant in Asia! Not to mention, it has earned Michelin stars 🌟, which made me really eager to give it a try!
As soon as I arrived at the entrance, the staff warmly welcomed me. They prepared water for me to wait with. Basically, everyone took this opportunity to take photos around the restaurant, but when it was almost time to be seated, staff members brought people in groups to their tables. Upon entering the restaurant 🍴, I was actually taken aback by the strength of the air conditioning... I didn’t even tell the staff I felt too cold, but they were very observant and immediately brought me a shawl. They even let me know that if it was too cold, they could adjust the air conditioning for me. This attention to service made my initial impression much better!
As it got closer to seating time, the interior of the restaurant began to adjust the lighting and music 🎵, and a professional chef started introducing the menu! In all my fine dining experiences, this was the first time I encountered a meal that not only paired with various wines but also synchronized with the lighting 🎆 and music! The dishes here truly embodied what it means to combine creativity with art.
Allow me to introduce some impressive dishes from the menu. All the dishes were eventually named for us, but to help everyone locate the photos, I will describe them instead...
❤️ Red Leaf Dessert
I particularly remember this dessert because it’s rare to have a dessert suddenly served between courses. Most meals save dessert for the very end 🍮, but they offered a refreshing dessert in between that awakened everyone’s taste buds. They used shiso leaves for a fresh flavor, combined with aromatic sesame, creating a fresh and sweet taste. What was especially surprising was that they included pieces of squid 🦑, which added a pop of chewy texture. I truly admire the chef’s creativity!
❤️ Silver Bamboo Shoot Satay
Bamboo shoots served in a satay style... featuring satay sauce. Just when I thought it was a chicken dish, I took a bite and discovered it was a crunchy vegetable texture, combined with the natural sweetness of the bamboo shoots, creating a delightful mix of savory and sweet! It was incredibly delicious!
Dumplings
When everyone saw the dumplings 🥟, they might think it’s just a regular pork dumpling, perhaps only with a differently colored skin. But when I took a bite, I found that the dipping sauce on the bottom had a hint of champagne 🍾 added, which transformed the entire flavor of the dumpling!
Eggplant
Before this dish was served, the chef engaged with everyone, inviting us to share our names and favorite vegetables, then introduced the next dish. Coincidentally, I mentioned that my favorite vegetable 🥬 is eggplant! When he introduced it, I was genuinely happy. The eggplant was presented in vibrant colors, using sesame, daikon, and eggplant 🍆 skin to represent different flavors. I really admire how the chef imagined these flavor combinations and made them so delicious!
Black Ball
This was my favorite dish of the night! Everyone might think that a tiny black ball wouldn’t be anything special, but it contained pine nuts, chicken, and rice 🍚. The aroma of the pine nuts elevated the entire experience to that of a luxurious bite of fried rice. The outer layer of the black ball was crispy, somewhat resembling rice crust. It’s hard to describe this dish… perhaps it’s something that really needs to be experienced in person!
Overall, I highly recommend this experience! This was my first time enjoying a meal that combined music and lighting, along with various wines! Plus, the chance to interact closely with each chef made me deeply feel their dedication to every dish. I’ve never had a dining experience that included games, shared interests, and even singing together while banging the table! It truly was a fantastic experience!

Overall Review: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
Dickson's Fooday Mouth Cannon Review #276
This time, I visited a well-known Japanese restaurant in Taipei.
I believe everyone has heard of this restaurant's name, right?
In addition to Japanese cuisine, they also offer teppanyaki and other types of dining.
We arrived at the Japanese restaurant inside the Grand Hotel.
Inside the Grand Hotel, you need to go downstairs to reach it.
This Japanese restaurant also requires a reservation in advance,
And depending on the season and occasion, there will be different menus.
Personally, I found it quite worth it.
The prices aren't extremely high, but you can enjoy most of the deliciousness of Japanese cuisine!
I highly recommend visiting multiple times!
In addition to the regular menu,
You can also order additional dishes based on the ingredients the restaurant received that day.
During the meal, the chef will inquire about any extra orders you might want based on the ingredients available.
So when you dine here, there might be unexpected surprises!
For those who love Japanese cuisine,
This is definitely not to be missed if you pass by.
I think you can consider this place as a mid-level Japanese restaurant.
Everyone is welcome to give it a try!

⭐️ Regarding Food
Every time I eat Japanese cuisine,
Even though the staff provide detailed introductions about each dish, like what type of fish it is or where it comes from,
It's really hard to remember all of that!
As for the ingredients,
I felt that each dish was quite fresh and delicious,
Because I recently had more expensive Japanese cuisine,
So I immediately compared them.
Of course, overall, you get what you pay for,
But at this price point, you can experience about 90% of the flavors of higher-priced options.
I personally think it's very worth it!
You spend 50% less and still enjoy 80% of the delicious dishes,
I think that's quite sufficient!
The most memorable dish for me that day was the
👉 Bluefin Tuna Belly
Indeed, the bluefin tuna is amazing.
It's very fresh, and combined with the chef's special knife skills and cooking techniques,
It left me wanting more!
👉 Bluefin Tuna Triple Roll
This dish is made with bluefin tuna in a style similar to rolled sushi,
However, the portion of bluefin tuna inside is very generous,
It's kind of like eating sashimi sushi rolls.
I found this dish to be quite impressive and memorable!
Although I didn't go into detail about each dish,
I thought everything was quite good.
That day, I basically didn't encounter any particularly bad dishes,
So I personally left with a very good impression of the food here!
Additionally, because there were special ingredients that day,
We also ordered some fish to try~
The flavors were quite good!
⭐️ Regarding Drinks
The price for each person does not include drinks.
During the meal,
The staff and the chef will ask if we would like to have any drinks.
If you’re unsure about what you want to drink,
You can also ask the chef or the servers
What types of wines would pair well with your favorite flavors and today’s dishes.
That day, we also consulted the staff and chef,
And they finally recommended a very good wine!
It tasted very refreshing and delicious.
Pairing it with their Japanese cuisine was truly perfect,
So I’m quite satisfied with this aspect!
⭐️ Regarding Atmosphere
The private dining space we sat in wasn't particularly large.
The restaurant layout features a typical Japanese U-shaped counter,
Where you can see how the chef prepares your dish,
And you can interact with the chef nicely.
Even though we came to enjoy Japanese cuisine,
The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed and humorous.
The chef was quite young and entertaining,
And occasionally, he would engage in friendly conversation with the customers.
Moreover, the other diners on that day were also quite friendly,
Occasionally chatting a bit with us,
So I found the dining experience here to be quite delightful.
It's very suitable for a meal with a few close friends or couples!
⭐️ Regarding Service
I found the service here to be quite good.
Whether from the servers in the dining area
Or the chef I mentioned earlier,
The service was very attentive.
The servers were very considerate of our dining status,
Since we had a bit of alcohol,
Whenever they noticed our glasses were getting empty,
They would immediately come to refill them.
The chef was also very friendly,
And he would initiate conversations with us.
Additionally, he thoroughly explained each dish when it was served,
Including the types of fish used and how to enjoy them.
At the end, the chef even shared some of his experiences while working in Japan,
And the overall dining experience felt very comfortable and enjoyable!
⭐️ Regarding Price
As mentioned earlier,
I personally think the pricing of this Japanese restaurant is mid-range,
But at this mid-range price, you can enjoy about 80% of the quality of high-priced options.
I think it’s very worth it,
And you won’t feel much pain when it’s time to settle the bill.
I believe this price range is quite suitable for general diners,
Especially when celebrating special occasions or anniversaries, you can indulge without hesitation!
Overall, I think the value for money is quite high~
After all, I felt the entire dining experience was very comfortable and delicious 😂😂
⭐️ In Summary
I personally highly recommend this Japanese restaurant.
During my visit, nearly every dish was quite good,
Combined with the chef and the staff's dedicated attitude
And the chef's culinary skills along with humorous conversations,
This restaurant is truly my first choice among low to mid-priced Japanese restaurants!
So if you love Japanese cuisine,
Make sure to add it to your must-try list!
🤪 Dickson’s Mouth Cannon Area 🤪
🙎🏻♂️: Want to join me for a big meal?
👩: You tell me what you want to eat first, and then I’ll consider it!
🙎🏻♂️: How about seafood?
👩: Eating fish? Let me think, I’m quite picky about my tastes,
I won’t eat fish unless it’s good! What do you want to eat fish-wise?
🙎🏻♂️: Just seafood! It's delicious~~~
👩: There are so many types of fish. How do I know what to choose?
🙎🏻♂️: How about the baby fish!
👩: 😍😍😍😍 Are you talking about baby fish?
Should we eat teppanyaki or Japanese cuisine?
I’m good with either! 😍😍😍
🙎🏻♂️: …What a woman whose mood changes faster than flipping a page!
Look,
We can use this simple Taiwanese Mandarin
To find out if your partner changes their mind faster than flipping a page, right?
And you can take this opportunity
To see if they’re allergic to fish.
What an interesting little experiment,
You better remember to try it out!
See you next time in Dickson’s Mouth Cannon Area!
ROBIN'S Teppanyaki is located on the second floor of theحن华 Hotel. Although there is an underground parking lot at the hotel, parking spaces may be full during dining hours. If you do not arrive early, you might not be able to park in the underground lot (on the day of my meal, the parking queue took about 25-30 minutes).
The appetizers are small bites that you can finish in one mouthful, completely whetting your appetite and making you eager for the next dish!
The salad, made with a jellied texture using vegetables, was very nice and showcased the fresh sweetness of the veggies. The scallops were seared to a beautiful color on the outside while managing to maintain the moisture and texture of sashimi-grade scallops on the inside!
The French onion soup topped with cheese was very rich, and the cheese was just the right amount—not too overwhelming (I personally don’t have a particular liking for cheese).
The bread was also grilled on the teppan, paired with sautéed red quinoa and butter, which gave a rather unique texture (though I personally prefer it without the quinoa flavor).
For the filet steak, it is recommended to order it medium-rare or medium; I chose medium. It was served with garlic sauce, pepper, and wasabi from Alishan. The garlic sauce was the most special because it complemented the beef without overshadowing its flavor, pairing quite well. The pepper, when eaten with the steak, was a bit more ordinary, while the wasabi wasn’t too spicy and had a mild kick; you could dip a little to try.
Since I didn’t order any extras (if the portion doesn’t seem enough, you could add something like Wagyu fried rice), after finishing the main course, we waited for them to prepare the beverage station before having dessert and drinks.
Today's dessert featured fruit jelly that included ice cream along with what seemed to be bubbles made from fruit juice; the overall sensation was refreshing and well-blended. As for the drinks (I forgot to take a photo), I chose chamomile tea, which was at a comfortable and pleasant temperature—not too hot.
Perhaps because I indicated that this was a birthday gathering when making the reservation, they kindly provided a small birthday cake at the end. The ice cream on top was very delicious, while the base seemed to be a salted caramel cheesecake—quite a unique flavor!
Overall, the dining experience was pleasant. However, considering the cost in relation to value, it might be a little on the lower side! If dining with friends who have larger appetites, you may need to order extra fried rice to make it just right!
📍Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Thanks to Fooday AI, I found a restaurant to celebrate with my family. The keyword was 🔍 “recommended omakase.” At first, my vague request 🔍 “recommend a restaurant suitable for celebration” didn’t yield suggestions that matched what I wanted, but after giving a specific and clear instruction, I found a suitable restaurant! Here’s some reference for everyone.
I evaluated the price, availability, convenience of parking, and whether there were any discounts, and finally chose “Mingshuiliang・Le,” considering how far it was from home, I opted for the “Far East Department Store Xinyi Branch.”
It was my first time eating omakase, so I was unfamiliar with the process. When making the reservation, I had to prepay the “full meal cost + 10% service fee” within the deadline to secure the booking, which was limited to bank transfer. They would also call the day before to confirm ✅.
💰 There are only two set menus priced at 1600 and 2400, and I could prepay 1600 for the reservation. If I wanted to upgrade at the venue, I could ask the staff if there were ingredients available to upgrade my meal.
There are two teppanyaki chefs, each serving six guests. With each dish served, they explain the name of the dish to us. The chef at our table seemed shy and didn’t make much eye contact with the guests while explaining, speaking rather softly; in contrast, the chef at the adjacent table spoke louder and interacted more with the customers, sharing laughs. This part depends on personal preference and luck, whether you prefer a quiet meal or a lively one 🙂.
Aside from that, it was quite interesting to watch the chefs prepare the dishes while having our meal, so it wasn't boring at all. There were a total of 14 dishes, and the entire meal ended up taking about 2 hours. The staff provided excellent service, proactively refilling our tea and adding side dishes.
I’ll share some favorite dishes in the pictures:
⭐️ Clam soup
⭐️ Salted egg lobster claws
⭐️ Lobster
⭐️ Wagyu beef hamburger
⭐️ Main dish A5 Wagyu
Overall, the seasoning of the dishes was rather light, perhaps to showcase the original flavors of the fresh ingredients. Looking at the dishes I liked, they all seemed to be the comparatively richer-flavored ones 😂. The food was delicious, but not overwhelmingly impressive; I feel that the internet's “must-try” rating for omakase is somewhat overrated.
When making the reservation, they asked about birthdays or anniversaries, and we could receive a complimentary cheesecake. Everyone seemed to mention it, and while every group received one, we didn’t since we forgot to write it down, so I felt a little shortchanged 😅.
The manager was very thoughtful and played a little ukulele rendition of “Happy Birthday” for us at the end, jokingly saying he was the resident singer when he handed over his business card, which was quite amusing.
Overall, this experience was quite nice; the environment and service are suitable for celebrations. The meal also included validation for parking at A13 for about 3-4 hours. I can't remember the exact time, but after eating, I still had plenty of time to browse around the department store, so I would recommend it to everyone.
📍 Japan, Onomichi, Hiroshima
Located by the sea | Refreshing-style soy sauce ramen
Onomichi ramen was once one of Japan's top three ramen types, mostly featuring a pork bone soy sauce style. After doing some research, I found that many Taiwanese people consider Onomichi ramen to be saltier than Taiwanese dan dan noodles. 😂
So this time, I specifically looked for a ramen shop known for its lighter flavors to try!
This shop, Spicy Sea, is situated next to the port and has a few seats by the window with a view of the ocean. You can see the sunset in the evening, and the shop even has a back door to step out and enjoy the sunset. 🌇 (Last picture)
The shop's decor has a unique style, giving off a retro Chinese restaurant vibe, having invested tens of millions of New Taiwan dollars in its design.
🥘
Ordered items:
🍋 Salted Lemon Ramen (¥950):
Limited to 20 servings a day, using pesticide-free lemons as an ingredient.
The broth is made from pork back fat with a salty flavor.
This soup has a primarily salty taste, making it very refreshing and delicious, completely devoid of the strong flavors typical of Japanese ramen. Combined with the pork back fat and a hint of lemon aroma, it’s really to my taste; I could finish the broth entirely.
🥬 Green Onion Ramen (¥850):
I noticed an old magazine article on the wall from Taiwan, and the interview mentioned that the green onions are hand-grown by the owner's father, so I ordered this item. 😆
It features a refreshing soy sauce base that’s not salty, making it easy to drink. Paired with a generous amount of green onions, it was an extraordinary portion! These onions are thicker and have a distinct aroma, differing from Taiwan's finer green onions, with a slightly spicy kick, which I really enjoyed!
The noodles are slightly thicker with a bit of curl, offering a nice texture and chewiness.
🍄
Would I revisit: Yes!
On Friday evening, there weren't many customers, primarily Japanese people, making it a comfortable space with beautiful views and flavors that suit my palate.
The restroom is also very clean!
✏️
Note:
🔸 Cash and Paypay can be used for payment.
Environment
As soon as you enter, you can see the Japanese-style decor, along with a tank for high-end seafood. The dining lights are focused on the table, creating a mysterious feeling. Furthermore, the seating is open without private booths. This time, three of us sat at a six-person table, which was very spacious and comfortable!
Meals
The restaurant does not have a self-service area; drinks and sauces are provided at the table. The sauces include soy sauce, chopped green onions, garlic, and chili sauce, which is colorful but not very spicy. The soy sauce is light, aiming to let customers enjoy the original flavors of the ingredients.
📍Da Guo Jie Shan Set Meal 💰4388
Includes meat, seafood, rice, and udon noodles (can be upgraded to salmon roe rice or changed to mixed rice), a vegetable platter, appetizers, and desserts.
This set is for two people, with the option of choosing Japanese or Australian wagyu. We chose Japanese this time. 🇯🇵
Appetizers: We selected chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and yam noodles, both of which were quite good and worth ordering. Additionally, there was a plate of boiled vegetable platter, which tastes great with a bit of sauce.
Soup base: We had kombu and chicken broth; kombu is suitable for cooking seafood and meat, while chicken broth is perfect for vegetables. We chose kombu broth, which was extremely clear and tasted sweet and fresh, completely different from what you usually get elsewhere.
Vegetable platter: The presentation was very lavish. After taking photos, the staff asked if we wanted to change any of the vegetables, which was very thoughtful, considering how diverse the options were.
Meat: The wagyu was an 8oz portion from the rib area, cooked to medium by the staff, very tender with a nice beef flavor. The Australian beef tongue is recommended at medium-well, also very tender and won’t be tough to chew.
Desserts: Since there was too much food, we didn’t have the mixed rice, but the staff let us order an extra dessert. We chose caramel pudding, three-color dumplings, and Edo-style tamagoyaki. Notably, the tamagoyaki was different from what I expected; the restaurant prepared it more like a honey cake, but it had a rich egg flavor. The texture was soft and moist, making it easy to eat—very impressive!
📍Salmon Roe Rice 💰299
After reading many reviews, most people opted for the salmon roe rice upgrade; it is topped with plenty of salmon roe, caviar, and a raw egg yolk. Once mixed, the texture and rich flavor are highly recommended!
📍Suruga Mori 💰599
Includes live clams, slices of live leopard coral fish, dolly fish, Penhu squid, sashimi-grade squid paste, live milk clams, and cherabin clams.
Although the menu has only these items, they will be served alongside the seafood in the set. There were two very special shrimp, which were incredibly sweet and delicious. All the seafood was very fresh, especially the milk clams, which were large and extremely sweet to eat without any sauces.
🔥Restaurant Promotions
1️⃣ A Google review can get you braised beef cheek, a clear broth dish with tender, flavorful beef that is half tendon and half meat.
2️⃣ For just 💰399, you can add autumn hairy crabs, but the staff mentioned they were not too large and advised against ordering them.
3️⃣ By checking in, you can add sea urchin salmon roe sushi for 💰100; you can add two portions to your set, and the sea urchin is extremely generous—a worthwhile addition!
Parking
Motorcycles 🛵 can park in nearby motorcycle parking spaces.
Cars 🚗 can use many partnered parking lots 🅿️, with the nearest being Zhongming Park parking lot. If you arrive early, two cars can be parked in front of the restaurant.
Service
At the beginning, they provide towels for hand wiping, followed by an introduction to the dazzling menu. The speed of food service is quite fast. Initially, the staff will ask if you need help with cooking; at this point, don’t hesitate to say "yes!" The staff will distribute the food evenly to customers, ensuring the meat and seafood are cooked perfectly. I must say that during the entire meal, all one needs to do is eat and serve the food on the plates; the service charge is definitely worth it! The restroom is also equipped with towels, mouthwash, and air fresheners, so you won’t have to smell bad while eating hot pot.

I previously saw someone recommend this place on IG and decided to follow their account. Looking at the photos, their curry rice looked really delicious... Considering the savory dishes at coffee shops, it wasn't too expensive, so I chose to come here for dinner. The interior decor has an old house style, but it doesn’t feel cluttered due to the decorations; overall, it’s warm, comfortable, and quiet.
The minimum order is one drink; savory food or desserts cannot be used to offset this. After eating, I settled the bill.
🌻 Tomato Cream Spice Curry $230
I thought it was really tasty, and I personally recommend it! The spice flavor is not too strong but definitely noticeable, pairing well with the slightly sour tomato taste and the gentle creaminess, as well as the minced meat and potatoes in the curry. Overall, I think it's very balanced and delicious~
🌻 Mixed Berry Sparkling Drink $170
It's a standard sparkling drink, with quite a few berry bits. However, the price is on the higher side for a sparkling drink, so the value for money is lower.
🌻 Small Round Caramel Pudding $130
It’s delicious! The caramel is slightly bitter and not overly sweet, the pudding's sweetness is moderate, and the texture is great with a strong egg flavor... I don’t often eat pudding at coffee shops, but I found this one really good, though the price is still on the expensive side.
Overall, it's a nice place, but the prices are a bit high for students... I would want to revisit when I have some extra budget!
Foodholic Nako @ Taipei
"Cha Wu Ramen" is a ramen shop that uses tea in its broth, located in the Zhongshan Station area, which is a hot zone for ramen places in Taipei. Nearby, there are famous spots like Ghost Gold Stick, Kirin, Tian Ji Noodle House, Pool Sound, etc., and many new ramen shops have recently opened.
"Cha Wu Ramen" is also one of the new openings in the past two months. The queue system is very friendly; you just need to fill out a registration form, so you can line up even if not everyone in your group has arrived.
The ramen menu is quite simple, offering only three types of noodles, each using a different tea-based broth: Earl Grey, Hojicha, and Oolong tea. As a fan of food with various tea flavors, I was thrilled to see this menu; the names are great, and I wanted to try all of them.
The ramen noodles are only thin noodles, but you can adjust the firmness (hard/normal/soft). We all chose hard this time, but it felt more like the normal texture from other ramen shops?
You can get extra noodles for free, which is great news for big eaters, but you need to request this when ordering, as you can't add them halfway through your meal.
Hojicha Chicken White Broth - $290
Contents include: 2 pieces of chicken chashu, 1 piece of pork chashu, 2 wontons, half a soft-boiled egg, purple onion, and green onions. The broth looks very rich, but it actually tastes quite mild, like drinking salty hojicha. I didn't quite figure it out even after finishing the whole bowl, but a friend said it tastes like corn chowder. Maybe it's the hojicha combined with chicken white broth that gives it a creamy flavor!
The shop also provides a plum, which you can add halfway through, resulting in a slight change in the broth, but I didn't find it significantly beneficial. The chicken chashu has a strong tea flavor that bursts when you bite into it, and the meat quality is good, but I prefer the pork chashu – it's not too thick or too thin and has a wonderful aroma from being grilled; one piece just isn't enough! The wontons are average.
I strongly recommend enjoying it with green onion and purple onion to balance the richness!
Shan Chen Oolong Soy Sauce Clear Broth - $280
Contents include: 2 pieces of chicken chashu, 2 pieces of cherry duck breast, 2 wontons, half a soft-boiled egg, mushrooms, perilla leaves, purple onion, and green onion. Personally, I felt the broth had a herbal taste for some reason—maybe this is a chemical reaction of oolong tea and soy sauce? Overall, I didn't like it much and stopped after a few sips.
The cherry duck breast was standard, nothing particularly stunning, and the other ingredients were the same as the first bowl.
Comparing these two bowls, I preferred the Hojicha Chicken White Broth, but honestly, they were probably at 70 points and 60 points respectively. Neither was exceptionally delicious or a ramen that I'd want to have again together.
Cha Wu Chashu Rice - $70
This dish features a mix of chicken and pork chashu, grilled and drizzled with mayonnaise and soy sauce, which is quite indulgent and tastes great. However, I feel the rice cooking can be improved, as some parts were a bit hard; it might also be because there wasn't enough soy sauce drizzle, making the bottom layer slightly dry.
Overall, the meal performance was average, but since it's close to home and the queue system is friendly, I would be willing to visit again to try another type of noodle I haven't had yet.
[New Taipei City, Banqiao] Yi Zhi Yi Japanese Hot Pot
Yi Zhi Yi's decor features an elegant design style. The seating is more spacious and comfortable than typical hot pot restaurants. There are various drinks available on both the first and second floors, and they regularly change the flavors of Japanese soft serve ice cream, along with providing snacks and fruits.
You can taste the high quality of the ingredients, and you can see that the meats are freshly cut from whole pieces.
The broth is the most important essence of a hot pot restaurant. A good broth can bring out the freshness of the ingredients (some are definitely worth recommending). This place follows the individual pot format; I recommend ordering the signature dual-flavor pot✨. Even if you dine alone, you can enjoy two types of broth at once!
All set meals come with a fresh vegetable platter and a staple food. The vegetable platter includes up to 15 types of ingredients—nutritionally balanced and fewer hot pot items! You can choose one staple from six options: vermicelli, Prince noodles, rice, or egg (wide vermicelli and Sanuki udon noodles for an additional $15).
🌟 Current promotion: Spend $600 on an individual set meal and receive a complimentary shrimp.
✨ Personal recommendation: Signature dual-flavor pot +$149✨ Choose 2 from the following 7 broth options:
“Japanese-style Kombu” Free: Made primarily from kombu, this basic broth has a natural sweetness.
“Spicy Mala” +$129✨ A drinkable spicy broth cooked with natural ingredients; you won't feel particularly thirsty afterwards. The broth features high-quality duck blood and flavorful white radish, perfect for dipping beef, squid paste, beef balls, etc.
“Cheese Milk” +$80✨ One of my favorites💕. No matter how long you cook it, it won't separate oil and water. Please, use it to cook udon noodles🤩. Comes with one slice of cheese🧀—I recommend putting half in the pot and mixing half into the udon noodles👍🏻. It’s great for cooking white meat, vegetables, taro, pumpkin, and egg dumplings.
“Aromatic Stone” +$60✨ A flavor loved by the older generation. After stir-frying, add the broth. Be sure to start with a bowl of clear soup before adding wide vermicelli, mushrooms, and the vegetable platter to boil.
“Health Vegetarian” +$40, “Tomato Flavor” +$60, “Japanese Sukiyaki” +$80.
American Ribeye Set✨ $490 (a la carte), $619 (set meal)
Each slice is longer than a face! Made from whole cuts, freshly ordered and sliced—will not bleed water even if left out. Recommended to be cooked medium-rare.
Top-grade Matsusaka Pork Set✨ $360 (a la carte), $489 (set meal)
I love Matsusaka pork—moderate marbling provides a slightly crunchy elasticity and fresh sweetness. Recommended to be cooked in milk broth for best taste!
American Boneless Short Rib✨ $650 (a la carte), $779 (set meal)
Short ribs are a classic and unbeatable cut—tender and aromatic, perfect for ordering a portion to share.
Mixed Seafood Platter✨ $360 (a la carte), $489 (set meal)
Contains abalone, clams, shrimp, and fish fillets. Both the abalone and shrimp are very firm! The clams are plump and juicy.
Beef Balls✨ $60
Hidden dish that you must try (only available for online ordering). They are very solid and springy; be sure not to take a big bite, as they contain a lot of broth that can be hot...
Squid Paste✨ $60
Chewier than regular squid paste, with chunks of squid still visible.
Mixed Broth✨ $50
If you don’t order the spicy broth but want to enjoy duck blood and white radish, I recommend ordering this directly! No need to worry about it lacking flavor; even the white radish will absorb the broth’s essence.
板豆腐 (Flat Tofu) $30
蛋餃 (Egg Dumplings) $50
