The staff provided a very detailed introduction to the menu, and the dishes on the blackboard of the day were also explained in detail. The speed of serving the dishes was just right; they didn’t all come out at once!

The flavor of the cheese is very rich! It has the creamy texture of a Basque cheesecake, which is truly a fantastic finish! A must-try! They also helped put candles on the cake for a birthday celebration👍🏻
Spanish Croquettes
Completely different from the usual ones! Small and perfect for a single bite; it’s like drinking seafood chowder when you bite into it. I really loved it! 😻
Fig Salad
The ham lacks an oily aftertaste and pairs really well with the figs and lettuce! It’s a rare salad option found in typical restaurants, and I highly recommend trying it!
Shrimp Paste Baby Squid
Fried just right, and dipping it in rich shrimp paste makes for a great appetizer!
Garlic Shrimp with Olive Oil
A classic and common dish; I like the bread sliced thinly like crackers (though my friend prefers bread with some thickness for better chewiness 😅).
Spanish Veal Thymus
Tastes like salty crispy chicken, which is quite unique. Plus, it has a crispy texture on top that adds layers to the dish.
Shrimp Paste Seafood Rice
The scallops are perfectly seared, the shrimp are plump and fresh, and the broth base of the rice is fantastic; it tastes different from typical risottos!
With just the two of us, this was a very filling meal, and we couldn’t finish the seafood rice, so we took it home 😆 Oh, and the classic Spanish fruit wine is also delicious! It’s quite suitable for more people to order multiple dishes! I still have so much more I want to try! 😋
