I have visited TGB Charcoal Grilled Steak multiple times now! I brought friends and family along, and everyone loved it. The main dishes have a consistent quality, and there's a salad bar that you can help yourself to! There are also a few simple side dishes, ice cream, a drink machine, and soup.
The most famous item here is their high-value beef borscht soup. The ingredients in it are really plentiful and rich; it's not made from leftover trimmings from the steak, but serious chunks of beef! After the ingredients are scooped out, I saw the staff refill a large pot of beef into it, so you can drink as much as you want from this delicious beef borscht soup, which is amazing.
Every time I come to dine, I always see one or two tables full of male customers. It seems everyone knows that if you want to enjoy some hearty meat, this is the place to be! 😆
Besides the famous soup, the main dish part is also impressive, with detailed meal descriptions written in the photos. What's special is that whenever you order a steak, they also give you a small hot stone to cook on, allowing you to adjust the steak's doneness yourself. This adds a level of customization and a bit of fun to the experience.
If the stone cools down, you can ask the staff for a replacement, and you can also get more garlic slices or steak sauce if you need. The staff here provide great service; even though they are clearly very busy, they always have a friendly attitude and smiles, making me very satisfied every time I visit. Although the steak price is not very cheap, I think it's acceptable considering all the advantages mentioned!

Today I came to eat at Very Cow Legend. The staff member, Shanyi, provided excellent service. The business at the restaurant is doing very well; she was the only one serving, and she handled the orders for the Angus prime rib and my boyfriend's special selected steak. The best part is the borscht; there is so much beef that it's too much to finish. The soup is delicious, and the ice cream is super tasty; it's from the Taiwan brand Heyard. The ice cream is really impressive!
This is a steak restaurant that I think of coming to for a quick bite, located next to the Taipei Arena, which is really convenient. This place focuses on high cost-performance value, where you can enjoy American Angus ribeye for less than $1000, which is quite reasonable in this time of high inflation.
This time, I ordered the new Australian Wagyu steak, and the recommended doneness is medium, so I ordered it medium. The doneness was just right, but I had two pieces, and the taste varied quite a lot. One piece was noticeably better than the other.
The self-serve bar offered corn soup and borscht, with the borscht full of beef, which was very satisfying. Both soups were delicious, and I almost filled up before the steak even arrived.
It's a place where you can satisfy your craving for steak!
