Taipei Nanjing Fuxing Station - A high-end bistro with an open-style modern kitchen, featuring stunning signature dishes. The name "Fei Ping" comes from the option to order red and white wines by the glass.

This dish features American sous-vide beef short rib fried to perfection, encased in a crispy pastry. The toast is made from milk bread and grilled to a crispy finish on a wire rack, paired with a rich Thousand Island dressing.
Biting into it, you’ll be amazed by the crispy beef exterior, followed by the tender sweetness of the meat, balanced beautifully by the rich and sweet Thousand Island dressing. It’s the perfect match!
There are four portions, great for sharing. This dish is an absolute must-try, though the price is on the higher side.

In total, we ordered three dishes and a cup of milk tea. The most amazing thing overall is the chestnut and pumpkin warm salad. The portion is not large but every bite is amazing. The broccoli and pumpkin are roasted just right, and paired with a refreshing and orange-flavored yogurt sauce. It is very suitable as an appetizer.
The steakhouse is served very quickly and is served within ten minutes after ordering. The steak itself is delicious, but it doesn't have much room to play in the burger, which is a pity.
As soon as the Fried Chicken Biscuit arrived, I was shocked by the portion size. The fried chicken was about the same size as your face and thick. The meat was tender and not chewy. The outer skin of the fried chicken was another praiseworthy point. There was no moistness from the oil that affected the crispness, and the bite was good. The moment I went down, I felt like I was back in Atlanta, soul food is calling mama
The worst thing about biscuit is that it feels like eating dough, but the biscuit here is also very good, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with distinct layers, and the sweetness of maple sugar is just right.
The signature milk tea is half sugar, and the sweetness cannot be adjusted. However, the service staff was very considerate and asked after the meal whether the sweetness was acceptable. It felt good to be taken into consideration!
Finally, each table will have a homemade lucky biscuit. In addition to the lucky fortune poem, the bill is also placed inside. I hope the bright cards in the fortune will make us come back to eat several times🥠
