2024 Must-try! I have been a regular at A-Cheng Goose since I discovered it, even before it was on the Bib Gourmand list, and I've been eating here ever since. I initially lived nearby and accidentally found A-Cheng Goose, and it became my favorite spot. Although I've moved away now, I still come back occasionally to enjoy the food and reminisce. Several company dinners have also been held here; it's a great place to have a good time with drinks.

The second location is a newly renovated store, much larger and brighter than the first one. However, since receiving the Michelin nod, it's become quite hard to get a table. Even on regular weekday evenings, you have to wait for a spot. Although the wait isn’t usually too long, it's still recommended to make a reservation if you plan to dine here. There’s a parking lot nearby, so driving here is very convenient.

High value for money, it's a restaurant that's suitable for all ages, and everyone loves it.

To add some of my favorite dishes that I didn’t order this time:

  1. Duck blood – it’s one of the most flavorful and delicious duck blood dishes I've ever had, better than most spicy hot pot options!

  2. Stinky tofu – this stinky tofu is seasoned similarly to the duck blood and pairs really well with drinks.

The meat in the rear section is more tender and has more fat, but there are also more bones. If you don’t like bones, it’s recommended to choose the front section.
Sweet potato leaves, I usually don't really like sweet potato leaves, but this stir-fried dish is really delicious 😋.
A dish that I absolutely love is the abalone mushroom sausage. The sausage contains diced abalone mushrooms, and both the texture and flavor are top-notch. Sometimes when I'm craving snacks, I even order two plates!
The whole table looks like this, providing 18 raw (ingredients)! It's of good quality!

久聞此店大名,米其林必比登的推薦,想吃鵝肉的時候來到這裡準沒錯。今天來到阿城鵝肉吉林二店,因為線上訂位已滿,所以直接來現場等候位子。現場採取抽號碼牌機的方式,先在螢幕點選人數,而提供對應人數的桌位號碼牌,大螢幕上會顯示目前的號碼,雖然是在非正餐的時段,但我們還是等候了約半個小時才入座,現場還有不少的外國客也慕名而來。在等待的同時我們也把餐點選好了加快到時點餐的速度。 (實際價格請以店家最新資訊) 1.鵝肉$320 點了小份後半段的鵝肉偏嫩肉,煙燻感好吃不柴。 2.油麵$45 湯頭好麵條吸附的湯汁讓人一口一口接著吃 3.桂竹筍 這道真的顛覆了我對竹筍的感受又嫩又入味的口感,湯汁十足又好入口 4.酸菜鵝腸 吃到最後口味偏重,但是每一口的鵝腸和酸菜的搭配真的是非常好吃,口感是脆甘甜。 5.小份臭豆腐 入味口感佳水準以上的好吃 6.杏鮑菇香腸 特色感十足的還有杏鮑菇的水潤感 7.蝶花 這是我最喜歡的一道,是限量的只有星期六日才有,屬於鵝的內臟鵝胗的一部份,口感脆甜又帶有一點點的咬感,據說是要燉煮好一段時間才有辦法好入口,且非常入味,值得試的一道菜。 下次在附近,想吃鵝肉我還是會來排隊吃。 小提醒:現場付款方式除了現金還有悠遊付的支付方式。

鴨肉の有名店🦆現地の人にも観光客にも大人気のお店です! 週末夜に行きましたが、かなり並んでいました。番号の紙を取ったらモニターに呼び出し番号が表示されるので、わかりやすかったです! 6人で行って15~20分並んだ感じです👀 【店の雰囲気】 Google mapで調べていたお店の向かい側に列ができているお店があり、調べていたのがテイクアウト専用か食材を運んでくる所だと気がつきました!間違えないように注意です⚠️ 3階建の店は広く、人数が多いと円卓に座れます! 【料理の評価】 ・鴨肉 足の前後ろの部位が選べますが、今回は後ろをいただきました!柔らかくとてもジューシーです!臭みもなく、あまり鴨肉を食べ慣れていない私でもとても美味しくいただきました! ・油飯 写真にはありませんが、油飯がおいしかったです!香りが香ばしく弾力があり、鴨肉と相性抜群です👌 その他の料理も美味しく、リーズナブルに台湾料理を堪能できる良いお店でした!
