I've heard a lot about this famous restaurant, recommended by Michelin Bib Gourmand. If you're craving goose meat, this is definitely the place to come.
Today, I visited A-Cheng Goose Meat Jilin Branch 2. Since online reservations were full, I came directly to wait for a table. The system here uses a ticketing machine where you first select the number of people on the screen, and it provides a table number corresponding to that number. The current number is displayed on a large screen. Although it was during non-peak hours, we still waited about half an hour to be seated. There were also quite a few foreign customers who came here specifically. While waiting, we picked our dishes to speed up the ordering process.
