I've heard a lot about this famous restaurant, recommended by Michelin Bib Gourmand. If you're craving goose meat, this is definitely the place to come.

Today, I visited A-Cheng Goose Meat Jilin Branch 2. Since online reservations were full, I came directly to wait for a table. The system here uses a ticketing machine where you first select the number of people on the screen, and it provides a table number corresponding to that number. The current number is displayed on a large screen. Although it was during non-peak hours, we still waited about half an hour to be seated. There were also quite a few foreign customers who came here specifically. While waiting, we picked our dishes to speed up the ordering process.

  1. Goose meat $320
    I ordered a small portion of the tender meat from the back of the goose, which was delicious and not dry, with a nice smoky flavor.
  2. Oil noodles $45
    The broth was good, and the noodles absorbed the soup, making it easy to keep eating.
  3. Bamboo shoots
    This dish really changed my perception of bamboo shoots; they were both tender and flavorful, with plenty of broth that's easy to enjoy.
  4. Sour cabbage goose intestine
    It had a stronger flavor towards the end, but the pairing of the intestine and sour cabbage was truly delicious, with a crispy and sweet texture.
  5. Small portion stinky tofu
    Well flavored and above average in taste.
  6. King oyster mushroom sausage
    This had a distinctive taste with a juicy texture from the king oyster mushrooms.
  7. Butterfly flower
    This was my favorite dish, available only on weekends. It consists of part of the goose's internal organs called goose gizzard. The texture was crispy and sweet, with a slight chewiness. It's said that it needs to be stewed for a while to become tender and flavorful, making it a dish worth trying.

Next time I'm nearby and craving goose meat, I'll still line up to eat here.

鴨肉の有名店🦆現地の人にも観光客にも大人気のお店です! 週末夜に行きましたが、かなり並んでいました。番号の紙を取ったらモニターに呼び出し番号が表示されるので、わかりやすかったです! 6人で行って15~20分並んだ感じです👀 【店の雰囲気】 Google mapで調べていたお店の向かい側に列ができているお店があり、調べていたのがテイクアウト専用か食材を運んでくる所だと気がつきました!間違えないように注意です⚠️ 3階建の店は広く、人数が多いと円卓に座れます! 【料理の評価】 ・鴨肉 足の前後ろの部位が選べますが、今回は後ろをいただきました!柔らかくとてもジューシーです!臭みもなく、あまり鴨肉を食べ慣れていない私でもとても美味しくいただきました! ・油飯 写真にはありませんが、油飯がおいしかったです!香りが香ばしく弾力があり、鴨肉と相性抜群です👌 その他の料理も美味しく、リーズナブルに台湾料理を堪能できる良いお店でした!

2024 必比登!我從阿城鵝肉沒上必比登就一路吃到現在,也算是常客了。當初住在旁邊,意外的發現阿城鵝肉,從此一試成主顧。雖然現在已經搬離,不過不定時還是會回去吃一下,懷念懷念。好幾次公司聚餐也都辦在這,非常適合把酒言歡。 二店是後來新裝潢的店,比起一店大不少,也明亮許多。但自從上米其林後,總是一位難求。平日晚上也都要候位。雖然等不會太久,不過想吃還是建議先訂位。旁邊有個停車場,開車也是很方便。 CP值高,是個老少咸宜,大家都愛的好餐廳。 補充一些這次沒點到我的愛菜: 1. 鴨血,他的鴨血是我吃過數一數二入味好吃的,比起多數的麻辣火鍋都好吃! 2. 臭豆腐,這臭豆腐調味跟鴨血很像,非常配酒。
