The egg pancakes here feature flaky pastry as their signature, offering a rich texture. The Huadiao chicken egg pancake and the brown sugar mochi pancake are both impressive. The mochi is chewy, but the sauce is a bit sweet.
The dining environment is clean, with good smoke extraction and no oily smell. There aren't many seats, so it's recommended to arrive early to avoid waiting.
Friendly service, dine-in customers can scan a QR code to order and enjoy a discount, counter orders are cash only.

Unique Taste | Iron Pan Egg Pancake with Flaky Pastry as the Signature Dish 🍳🥚
There aren't many seats available for dining in, about seven or eight tables. Arriving at around 10 a.m. on weekends means no waiting, but if you come a bit later, you will need to wait for a seat.
The environment is kept very clean, and the dining area is in the same space as the cooking area, yet the ventilation is implemented very well. You don't notice any oily smell from the egg pancakes while dining in. 👍🏻

Ordered Items:
▫️ Huadiao Chicken Egg Pancake, more sauce, less oil ($85):
It's the first time I've seen this flavor of egg pancake!
The egg pancake is placed in a very solid iron pan, super heavy!
The texture of the pancake's crust is very crispy, with a lot of layers when bitten into, and it's not greasy.
The chicken in the Huadiao Chicken isn't exactly the most tender, but it's a bit more refined than typical breakfast place fare, and the portion is more than enough. The Huadiao Chicken sauce adds a slightly tingling feel. 🐔🌶️
▫️ Original Flavor Egg Pancake, no sauce, less oil ($35):
The price is quite different from the fancy egg pancake, so next time I might choose just the original flavor.
▫️ Brown Sugar Mochi Pancake ($55):
The pancake crust is a bit different from the egg pancake, being thinner, but still offering a multi-layered texture.
The mochi is plentiful, with a chewy sensation that fills your mouth, which is really nice!
As for the sauce, personally, I feel it's a bit too sweet, with not enough brown sugar flavor.
▫️ Traditional Milk Tea, Large ($40):
The large size is generous, the equivalent of a seriously large cup usually seen in hand-shaken drinks.
However, it's a relatively bland flavored milk tea with creamer, and even as someone who usually enjoys creamer milk tea, I couldn't finish it.
🍄
Would I revisit: Yes!
It's a great choice when you want a slightly more refined Taiwanese breakfast in the morning!

The happiest thing in Taiwan is that you can have delicious breakfast, especially egg pancakes!
"Fu'er Trading Company" is a store I randomly found while searching for breakfast shops near Songjiang Nanjing Station. It's only a 2-minute walk from Exit 5. The entrance of the store looks quite large. In addition to breakfast, it also sells some hot sauce and other items.
If you want to use it inside, please tell the clerk first to confirm that there is a seat before entering!
We arrived at noon on Saturday and the store was about 2/3 full, so we could sit down directly without waiting.
Since we planned to have it for lunch, we both ordered 3 quiches and a drink each.
Ancient milk tea, medium cup $35, large cup $40
In particular, choose sugar-free for one cup and light sugar for the other. It tastes different from the creamer milk tea in traditional breakfast shops. It is a different genre. Sugar-free tastes good when there are ice cubes, but when it becomes room temperature, it tastes different. What's weird? It seems that the slightly sugary taste tastes better.
Their egg cakes are crispy, not ready-made egg cakes or powdered egg cakes.
Tuna Salad Omelette $60
Their tuna salad has onions and black pepper. It tastes quite moist and has a strong mayonnaise taste. Although it may not be healthy, I personally like it.
Nine-story pagoda sausage $75
The nine-story pagoda goes well with sausages. Because of the addition of soy sauce, the overall taste is very moist, which is not bad. I have also tasted this before.
Sauce-roasted pork chop $75
The pork chop is delicious, but maybe it tastes a little dry because no other sauce is added.
Overall, although the price of the egg pancakes is a bit more expensive and the portions are a bit smaller, the taste is quite good. I would like to eat it again if I'm nearby. If you like to eat egg pancakes with crispy skin, I recommend you to try them. !
The best sizzling egg pancake I have eaten in Taipei so far❣️
There was a crowd of people in a small shop,
It is recommended to come earlier, otherwise you may have to wait for a table!
I ordered double cheese omelette and spicy beef omelette that day.
The crust part is very fragrant, and the outside is charred and crispy!
It’s so satisfying when paired with fillings.
My favorite is their dipping sauce;
There are regular chili sauces, traditional Taiwanese ones,
There’s also Sichuan flavor, it’s so amazing, be sure to try it🩵
For dessert, we recommend the red bean mochi pancake.
Mochi is stringy and comes with plenty of red bean fillings.
The same crispy skin,
I feel full after eating ❤️
The best crispy egg pancakes are here
This time I ordered Huadiao Chicken
Choose less oil when ordering
Really less oily and crispy
Very comfortable for internal use
Self-service style. Remember to pick up cutlery after eating and take them to the recycling area.
They also sell hand-cranked drinks, but most items don’t start selling until 10:30.
Highly recommended to give it a try
