A porridge and side dish restaurant with generally good reviews
I live nearby and this is my second time to eat. Recently, I have added the process of getting a number plate:

  1. Get your number plate before entering the store
  2. Wait for the clerk to take your seat
  3. Wait for your number to be called before going to the counter to start ordering

Neither the customer nor the clerk are familiar with this process, so the clerk keeps yelling impatiently😂

The porridge and side dishes actually feel like a buffet, and the serving of small plates is quite ritualistic (especially since it is open until early in the morning and many people come to eat the porridge and side dishes after drinking, which adds to the atmosphere👍🏼). I feel that the price is about the same as the buffet. About +20 yuan, right? !
Overall, they are both average and delicious, surprisingly refreshing and not greasy. I highly recommend the tomato scrambled eggs, salted egg king oyster mushrooms, and spicy chicken (for example, a plate of spicy chicken is 80 yuan, I think it should be around 60 yuan in a buffet restaurant)

I'll come back when I'm too lazy to cook but want to eat home-cooked food, but I won't eat it too often because it's not very cost-effective~

The two of us ordered 8-9 dishes for our meal.
Tomato scrambled eggs are the best
This is the only oily tofu shredded pork I ordered today.
A plate of gourmet fish and amaranth costs RMB 60 The king oyster mushrooms at the back are delicious
Ordered two plates of spicy chicken, one plate per person without any quarrel

📍台北市中山區(捷運中山國小站)米其林必比登推薦的清粥小菜店 🍲🍚 還沒到訪前,很擔心會像很熱門的清粥小菜小李子,讓我沒有那麼喜歡(動線不清楚 很吵 菜是冷的) 還好一到這家店的店員就很熱情招呼,菜色與環境也沒有以上擔憂😆 🥘 點餐品項 🌶️ 辣子雞丁($80): 這家店的招牌品項,果然好吃 相較熱炒店普遍偏大份與大塊的雞肉 這裡的肉塊小小的、裹的粉也不會很厚,很適合配粥 🥚 宮保皮蛋($60): 喜歡皮蛋的人會愛,更重口味更鹹香開胃🤤 🍅 番茄炒蛋($50): 以蛋為主,沒有什麼番茄味,比香港一些滑蛋更加滑溜軟嫩,很值得吃!(下次會想自己吃一盤🤤) 🍆 乾燒茄子($60): 軟硬度介於便當菜與鼎泰豐,個人會更喜歡煮的像便當菜軟爛的茄子 🥔 醋溜土豆絲($60): 酸酸脆脆的很開胃 🫘 豆棗($40): 原來是叫這個名字🤣 顏色偏橘,微甜、不是裹很厚糖衣的類型 🍚 白粥($10): 以碗計費 🍄 是否回訪:Yes! ✏️ 小註記: 🔸 只收現金💰

如果喜愛鋼筆,那麼台北的文具迷一定知道小品雅集這家鋼筆店,而小品雅廚則是老闆原本的本業。再想想,從清粥小菜起家可以做到有能力出國追夢,那是多麼浪漫的一件事。 而本業的餐飲又究竟可以多美味呢? 今天享用了七盤小菜、兩碗白飯與兩碗例湯,價格約600。 辣子雞,雞肉軟嫩,辣度充足而不會太過。 鹹蛤,除了一顆搞自閉之外,剩下都美味的享用了,醃製的鹹辣醬油也很下飯。 金沙杏鮑菇,鹹蛋黃跟杏鮑菇的搭配非常美味。 醋溜土豆絲,醋的酸爽跟馬鈴薯絲脆脆的口感結合成了相當下飯的一道菜。 鹹蛋苦瓜,微苦的苦瓜跟鹹蛋的鹹的結合其實意外的非常不錯,苦瓜口感軟硬適中,不會太過鬆軟,也不會硬的咬不斷。 椒麻皮蛋,用泰式的椒麻調味,配上炸酥的皮蛋,皮蛋特有的風味跟椒麻醬汁做了完美的結合,非常下飯。 京醬豆干,豆干入味好吃,鹹甜適中。 例湯是蘿蔔湯,蘿蔔毫不吝嗇的滿溢在小碗中,每一塊蘿蔔都非常軟嫩,毫無老化的纖維。 營業時間最晚到凌晨五點,是享用宵夜的好地方,推薦給大家。 有興趣的話也可以光臨老闆的鋼筆店喔!
