Order items:
🦑 Small Squid Pork Rice Noodle Soup ($145):
Not a cheap bowl of rice noodle soup 😆 but the freshness of the broth and ingredients meets the expectations for the price. There are four big squids that are very fresh and fragrant from the large bone broth, along with delicious coarse rice noodles—it's a very tasty bowl of soup 🫶🏻
🍠 Individual Set A - Taro Rice Noodle Soup, Braised Pork, Fried Tofu ($165):
Besides the rice noodle soup being quite good, both the braised pork and fried tofu are average, and somewhat dry.
🌾 Braised Pork Rice ($40):
About 60% fatty meat and 40% lean meat. The seasoning is on the saltier side, and it tastes average.
🪸 Braised Kelp ($):
An acceptable standard for a side dish.

I heard from a friend that the rice noodle soup was delicious, so I decided to go try it.
I went during lunchtime on the weekend, and I was able to get in without waiting. The restaurant was not completely full, but it seemed to have a decent amount of customers.
In addition to rice noodle soup, the menu included items like braised pork rice and some side dishes with greens.
I ordered the most basic pork white rice noodle soup, along with tempura and blanched vegetables.
[Taste Evaluation]
The noodles were thick and had a great chewiness. Each piece was short, so I could eat them easily with a soup spoon.
The flavor of the soup was very light, and I think it would be even better with some added vinegar or other seasonings.
Eating it on its own felt a bit lacking in satisfaction, so I ordered side dishes as well, and the tempura was chewy with a very delicious sauce that came with it.
[Overall Evaluation]
This time, I ordered the most basic rice noodle soup, but I would like to try one with other ingredients like clams next time.
I was very impressed with how tasty the side dishes were. I definitely recommend trying the tempura and fried fish or other side dishes as well.
