In terms of meals, the ramen offers a rich variety of flavors, especially the spicy pork bone and the seabream white broth, which receive high praise. The broth of the golden chicken soup ramen has the aroma of traditional lard mixed rice, with a mild flavor and noodles cooked to a perfect texture. There is a diverse selection of chicken and pork, and overall, the performance is average.
The restaurant has a good atmosphere. Although there are quite a few people in line, the waiting time is reasonable, and the overall environment does not feel crowded. The staff is enthusiastic and attentive, making the dining experience more enjoyable.
The service attitude is friendly and attentive, with staff proactively showing concern for customer needs, providing a pleasant dining service experience. Even during busy periods, customers can feel cared for and valued.

"Yin Jia Ramen Chifeng Branch" is located between Zhongshan Station and Shuanglian Station. Actually, I didn't have a very good impression of Yin Jia Ramen before; I had to wait in line for an extremely long time, over an hour, even close to two hours. But after going in to eat, I thought it was pretty average. I don't know if it was because my expectations were raised that I ended up feeling disappointed.
Recently, perhaps because too many ramen shops have opened near Zhongshan Station, I noticed that not many people are lining up at Yin Jia Ramen anymore. I waited outside for just 5 minutes before getting seated.
You need to scan the QR code outside to order and then wait for the staff to call you before proceeding to the in-store machine to pay. The staff were quite friendly, which is a little bonus.
Golden Chicken Soup Ramen $240
The broth smells and tastes like the nostalgic aroma of pork oil mixed with rice, which I personally quite like. The broth is mild and not too oily, making you want to drink a few extra sips of it.
I chose the medium curly noodles, which had an OK texture, and I think the portion was quite generous. There were plenty of scallions and onions as well, so I felt full after finishing the bowl.
For the meat, you can choose between pork or chicken. I chose sous-vide chicken, which was fairly standard in flavor and quite tender—just an average performance that doesn't lose points.
After finishing the whole bowl of ramen, I thought it was decent, but not amazing. It doesn't leave you wanting more at the end, probably around a 70 out of 100.
This ramen shop has been on my bucket list for a long time, and every time I pass it on the weekends, there's always a long line. Yesterday, I happened to be nearby on a weekday evening and thought I'd check if I could get a table. The staff said it would take about 20 minutes of waiting. I was lucky enough to have a seat immediately, and the 20 minutes passed quickly, so we went in to eat.
I really think the broth tastes amazing! We all ordered the pork bone soy sauce ramen. In this cold weather, the pork bone broth is so comforting. One person in our group ordered the regular strength, and it tasted very fresh and sweet, not salty. I ordered the Japanese thick broth, which was perfectly salty.
As for the noodles, they are a flat ramen with a moderate thickness, and the texture is very chewy. So delicious!
The char siu was chicken thigh char siu, which I'm not a huge fan of, and it was lightly grilled. It's very tasty, but personally, I prefer pork char siu. So we ordered an additional pork char siu, which was very well marinated and paired perfectly with the ramen!
The only downside is that they don't serve beer. 🍻
FYI, the shop has a second floor, so there are quite a few seats. I waited in line behind about 10 people, and it took around 20 minutes to be seated. Definitely worth a try!

Because I ate too little at noon and had dinner very late, I was very hungry. In addition, I consumed a lot of calories during my menstrual period, so I decided to eat ramen which was very filling.
The ramen shop nearby is Yinjia's with the longest opening hours. I came there at around 8pm, and there were still about 10 people queuing up even after the meal time. However, the table turnover rate for ramen is very fast, so I had to wait for about 15 minutes. Ordered and seated.
The store's service attitude is generally very friendly, and they are very careful whether it is guiding people to wait for a table or arranging ordering and seating. I feel like it’s a plus, because many popular stores just rely on their status to feel there’s no shortage of customers, but their service attitude is very poor and they think they have some personality.
This time I ordered two flavors of noodles.
For "Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen" and "Real Sea Bream White Ramen", the hardness of the noodles and the taste of the soup are not specially adjusted to make them lighter or softer.
I only had a sip of the soup of the tonkotsu soy sauce ramen, and I thought it was a bit ordinary. Maybe because I don’t particularly like the tonkotsu flavor, so my impression of this part may be a little inaccurate.
I felt lucky to order the last bowl of real sea bream white soup ramen of the day, because it was really delicious! !
Although I thought the fish taste was quite strong and a bit fishy when it was served to me at first, after taking a sip of the soup, I actually found it very refreshing and sweet! !
The noodle is thin and the barbecued pork comes with chicken and pork. I think their chicken barbecued pork is the best I have ever eaten! Because their chicken barbecued pork is seasoned, unlike other restaurants that are just Shufei chicken, the chicken smell is more obvious.
The pork barbecued pork part was just okay. I felt it had no flavor and the meat was not tender.
I also find soft-boiled eggs tasteless. By the way, there is an event where you can add an egg for free or exchange a drink by forwarding an article on IG to the limit.
Overall, it’s a good bowl of ramen, but personally I think the chance of a return visit is relatively low, because if I don’t love tonkotsu, I have less motivation to return. After all, there are so many ramen restaurants in Taipei that I haven’t tried before. Eat a round of those who are interested first.
Let’s talk about the conclusion first: it takes time to queue, but it’s really great.
We arrived at about 11:25 on Sunday and were seated at 12:08. While waiting in line, the staff took the initiative to ask about the number of people and paid careful attention to the status of the queue. Their attitude was very cordial, which is commendable.
When the queue is almost over, I go to the vending machine to order. There are many options for adjusting the ramen, including noodle type, hardness, portion size, soup thickness, scallions and onions. There are so many options.
We were then guided to the second floor to sit down. There are 9 seats on the second floor. The space is not large but it does not feel crowded. The meals will be brought out by the service staff. At the same time, they will carefully ask whether we need other services and whether we are satisfied with the taste of the meals.
I tried the golden chicken soup ramen (pork) and ordered a chicken leg barbecued pork. The chicken soup tastes sweet, the chicken leg barbecued pork is tender and fragrant, while the pork barbecued pork is relatively ordinary. If you choose a medium portion (180g) of noodles, you will feel full. It is recommended that those with average appetites choose medium portions.
Everything from the service attitude to the meal experience is satisfactory. It is especially recommended to order the chicken drumsticks and barbecued pork to try.
Taipei Ramen Love Shop Although I have to queue for a while every time, I visit regularly.
Favorite the flavor of spicy tonkotsu
I like the thick noodles to be firm and the consistency is normal, with chopped green onion and no meat.
Mellow tonkotsu soup with a dollop of spicy bean-flavored minced meat
After stirring, the soup will be added with a layer of spicy oil aroma, which is really amazing!
It has a lot of shredded green onions and seaweed inside, which is a bonus and can relieve fatigue.
You can also add minced garlic and seven-spice powder to enhance the flavor.
The chicken thighs with barbecued pork are at least good, with the skin on, tender and fragrant, and not overly oily.
