"Yin Jia Ramen Chifeng Branch" is located between Zhongshan Station and Shuanglian Station. Actually, I didn't have a very good impression of Yin Jia Ramen before; I had to wait in line for an extremely long time, over an hour, even close to two hours. But after going in to eat, I thought it was pretty average. I don't know if it was because my expectations were raised that I ended up feeling disappointed.

Recently, perhaps because too many ramen shops have opened near Zhongshan Station, I noticed that not many people are lining up at Yin Jia Ramen anymore. I waited outside for just 5 minutes before getting seated.

You need to scan the QR code outside to order and then wait for the staff to call you before proceeding to the in-store machine to pay. The staff were quite friendly, which is a little bonus.

Golden Chicken Soup Ramen $240
The broth smells and tastes like the nostalgic aroma of pork oil mixed with rice, which I personally quite like. The broth is mild and not too oily, making you want to drink a few extra sips of it.
I chose the medium curly noodles, which had an OK texture, and I think the portion was quite generous. There were plenty of scallions and onions as well, so I felt full after finishing the bowl.
For the meat, you can choose between pork or chicken. I chose sous-vide chicken, which was fairly standard in flavor and quite tender—just an average performance that doesn't lose points.
After finishing the whole bowl of ramen, I thought it was decent, but not amazing. It doesn't leave you wanting more at the end, probably around a 70 out of 100.

這家拉麵也是在口袋名單許久的拉麵店,每次假日經過都大排長龍。昨天剛好平日晚上在附近想說去看一下吃不吃得到,店員說大概排 20 分鐘就可以了。他候位有位子坐,20 分鐘很快就過去,我們就入場吃啦。 覺得湯頭味道真的很讚!我們都是點豚骨醬油,在這寒冷的天氣,豚骨湯喝起來真的非常的舒服。同行的點普通濃度,喝起來很鮮甜,不鹹。我自己點的是日式濃湯,鹹的恰到好處。 麵條的部分,是粗細適中的扁麵,口感很彈牙。好吃! 而叉燒是我比較沒那麼愛的雞腿叉燒,經過炙燒。是很好吃,但我個人還是比較愛豬叉燒。所以我們有另外加點豬叉燒,豬叉燒本身醃料非常入味,搭配拉麵真的超讚! 美中不足的是沒有供應啤酒🍻 FYI 他店面有二樓,所以位子還算多。我前面排了大概 10 人,也大概 20 分鐘左右就入座了。值得一試!

#台北 #雙連 因為中午吃太少,晚餐也很晚吃,整個超餓的,加上生理期無形中消耗許多熱量,決定來吃個超有飽足感的拉麵。 這附近的拉麵店就屬隱家營業時間最長,大概晚上快八點來,過了用餐時間都還是有大概快 10個人在排隊,不過拉麵翻桌率很快,等了大概15分鐘就可以點餐入座了。 店家服務態度整體來說都很親切,不論是指引候位還是安排點餐入座都很仔細。覺得蠻加分的,因為蠻多熱門的店家就是會靠勢覺得不缺客人,服務態度就很差還自以為是有個性。 這次點了兩種口味的麵, 「豚骨醬油拉麵」跟「真鯛魚白湯拉麵」,麵的硬度還有湯頭口味都沒有特別調整成淡一點軟一點的。 豚骨醬油拉麵我只有喝一口湯,覺得有點普通,可能因為我本身就比較沒有特別偏愛豚骨風味,這部分的感想可能稍微不準一點。 點到當天最後一碗的真鯛魚白湯拉麵覺得很幸運,因為真的蠻好吃的!! 雖然一開始端上桌覺得魚味蠻濃烈的有點腥,但實際上喝了一口湯之後覺得很清甜!! 麵體是細麵,叉燒有雞肉跟豬肉,我覺得他們家的雞肉叉燒是我目前吃過最好吃的!因為他們家的雞肉叉燒有調味,不像其他家就是單純的舒肥雞,雞腥味比較明顯。 豬肉叉燒的部分就覺得還好,覺得沒什麼味道,肉也稱不上軟嫩。 同樣覺得沒什麼味道的還有溏心蛋,順便一提現在有活動是IG轉發文章到限動可以免費加一顆蛋或者換一杯飲料。 整體來說是不錯的一碗拉麵,不過我個人來說回訪的機率是比較低,因為沒有熱愛豚骨,就比較沒有回訪的動力,畢竟台北的拉麵店太多沒吃過的了,會想先把有興趣的吃過一輪。

先講結論:需花時間排隊,但確實很讚。 星期日約11:25抵達,12:08入座,在排隊等候時,工作人員主動詢問人數,並細心關注隊伍狀況,態度十分親切,這一點值得稱讚。 快要排到的時候會先進去販賣機點餐,拉麵可以調整選項相當多,包括麵體種類、軟硬度、份量、湯的濃淡、蔥及洋蔥,滿多樣的選擇。 隨後引導我們到二樓就座,二樓有9個位子,空間不大但也不會感到擁擠,餐點會由服務人員拿上來,同時細心詢問有無需要其他服務以及餐點口味滿意度。 我品嚐了黃金雞湯拉麵(豬),再加點一份雞腿叉燒。雞湯口感清甜,雞腿叉燒嫩滑香濃,而豬肉叉燒相對普通。麵選擇中等份量(180g)就吃滿飽了,建議食量一般的選擇中等就好。 從服務態度到餐點體驗都令人滿意,特別推薦可以點一份雞腿叉燒來試試。
