Mianwu Dejia is located near Minquan West Road Station, right next to Exit 3. It has been on my to-eat list for a long time. I happened to be doing errands nearby today, so I’ll come and eat right away!
There are only 14 seats in the store. We arrived at 11:45 noon on a Saturday and it was open until 11:30. The store was already full of customers. We were the first group to wait and waited for about 10 minutes to be seated.
The ramen is divided into clear soup, thick soup and tsukemen. You can also order barbecued pork rice and Tang Yang chicken.
Neither of us wanted to eat something too thick today, so we both chose the clear soup version.

Porcini, Chicken and Scallop Salt Ramen $240
The noodle body is made of fine noodle, and the hardness is selected as normal (you can only choose normal noodle and soft noodle, and there is no option of hard noodle). I think it is very moderate.
The soup is very delicious, refreshing and not greasy, but the taste is very sufficient. I couldn't stop drinking it after one sip. In the end, I drank the whole bowl of soup.
There are 3 pieces of chicken barbecued pork and 1 piece of pork barbecued pork. Both types of barbecued pork are delicious. The chicken barbecued pork has a peppery taste and the meat is soft and tender. The pork barbecued pork has a roasting aroma.
The ramen is also topped with shredded fried enoki mushrooms, which adds to the mushroom flavor. I like mushrooms very much, so it’s a plus for me.
Overall, the ramen performs well, and if you spend just over $200, you can add noodles for free. If you want to have a bowl of delicious and filling ramen, you don’t have to spend a lot of money. Highly recommended!
This restaurant usually has a queue after work, but it happened to rain a little today🌧️. The weather is not very good, and there is no queue. Porcini Mushroom Clear Soup Ramen, NT$240. The soup tastes salty and rich. If you think it is too salty, you can add some cold water. The noodles are thin and not too soft. The meat is very soft and tender and delicious. 🤤. Pair it with a mouthful of soup and a mouthful of noodles. 👍
Thick Ebi Tsukemon Noodles, NT$290. The noodles are thick noodles. The noodles are not too soft and are a little chewy. It tastes great when paired with the thick Ebi Sauce. The meat slices are soft and tender, and the grilled aroma is obvious.
If there is some leftover dipping sauce, you can add some bonito stock and make it into a hot soup. Remember to test the taste first. Do not add too much at once, as the taste will be diluted. Add slowly to adjust the concentration you like.

I saw this ramen shop that seemed to have just opened and it looked pretty good, so I decided to try it out.

Thick boiled dry ramen
I only had one sip of this soup, it had a very strong flavor of dried fish! ! !
I actually like it quite a bit, but if I want to come back next time, I should order Seitang Ramen. I can’t help but like clear soup type 😂
