A popular Taiwanese restaurant near Taipei Station, which is also a favorite among tourists! ✨ When I checked during weekday lunch hours, both dine-in and takeout had long lines, and it seemed like I would have to wait awhile. However, when I changed my timing and went around 4 PM, the restaurant was full, but I was able to enter without waiting! I recommend visiting with plenty of time if you're going during meal hours!
【Atmosphere inside the restaurant】★★★ 3
There are two small dining areas, but they are cozy! During busy times, it's common to share tables with others!

Braised Pork Rice (魯肉飯)
The restaurant's signature dish! The well-stewed, tender meat was very delicious! It was seasoned strongly, complementing the rice perfectly! Adding a runny fried egg on top made it even better with the creaminess of the egg👌
Golden Needle Flower Soup (金針湯)
A soup with golden needle flowers, which are not commonly found in Japan. The flowers themselves don't have much flavor, but the crunchy texture was delightful! The mild soup enhanced the rich flavor of the braised pork rice.
Pickled Cucumbers (小黃瓜)
Cucumber pickles. This familiar taste is also refreshing and delicious!
【Overall Rating】
The main dish, braised pork rice, is a must-try! The soup and side dishes I had this time made the braised pork rice even more enjoyable, so I was overall very satisfied!
