若說起嘉義火雞肉飯，在地人都有自己心裡最愛的那幾間，不如談談：為何我們總得回到嘉義去吃？ 嘉義人的餐廳有其獨特樣貌，火雞肉飯、涼麵、涼菜，都與其他處不同，可以感受到當地人謹守在地飲食文化。 單論這火雞肉飯吧，肉片必須名符其實使用火雞肉，調味是雞豬熱油、黑醬油香、或油蔥混合，各有千秋，煮飯更是基本功夫。 在阿樓師內用，點了小碗肉片飯，開放式空間無冷氣，飯略顯濕黏，醬汁普通略油，火雞肉片確是很有味道與嚼勁。 總有一家子來阿樓師吃飯，點得滿桌菜飯，店家與客人們親切聊天，如街坊鄰居般，外客依然排隊，或許我沒趕上最佳用餐時機與品項，又何妨？

Sometimes, there’s nothing better than quasi-street eats (with air conditioning, ofc, heheehh). Here, we roam around the Bangkok’s signature food court for the city’s most ordinary yet eXtraordinarily delectable drinks & noodles feasts. nom nom nom + affordable + ample aircon + vibrant vibes + fast + plenty of comfy seats + exotic background music + bromantic sexy lightings + noisy atmosphere all around u like dining in an overcrowded concrete jungle with all the unknown mythical creatures from all over the universe speaking in their languages = fun fun fun 🥰✌🏻

🔆丹瓦樓 ｜餐點｜ 各式滷味NT.101+潑辣麵NT.40 還蠻喜歡他的滷味調味的！在結帳時店員會詢問吃不吃酸菜和蔥（非常推薦要加！！整個滷味不膩也有更多口感） 每種滷味吃起來都滷得蠻入味的很不錯👍🏻 另外潑辣麵的調味也蠻喜歡的～（更多的是麻的口感）但辣椒香很夠，而且上面也有撒一點粗花生粉和許多的豆芽菜，還蠻搭的！而且豆芽菜也帶來了清脆且清爽的口感😻 麵體的部分也不會太硬或變一整坨的感覺，蠻推的🤤 ｜環境｜ 有兩層樓的用餐空間，店家下午五點開門大概半小時座位就差不多都滿了！！真的蠻厲害的 不過整體的空間還是稍微有點擠的感覺🤧 整間店還算是明亮且乾淨～ 停車的位置真的不多，機車的話附近有一些機車停車格～ ｜更多資訊｜ 一樓有沾料台，且全店都是採自助收拾碗盤喔 （而且店內還有賣手搖，真的好酷）
