Dadaocheng Lufan, located at the back station of Taipei Main Station, should be familiar to those who like braised pork rice. Every time I pass this store, I can always see a long queue of people, including many foreign customers, which shows that its advertising or reputation has spread far and wide.

Since this store is located in an alley, friends who come by car or bike need to find a parking space on the main road in advance, because it is difficult to park in the alley.

Each bowl of braised pork rice is filled with white rice and evenly topped with braised pork sauce. This combination not only allows you to taste the fat and thin braised pork strips, but also enjoy the white rice soaked in marinade.

The braised pork is fat but not greasy, and the braised meat is so black-gold that you can already feel the gelatin in it before you even take it into your mouth. This LV-level national snack is something you won’t get tired of eating every day.

The portion of the braised pork rice is quite real. The braised pork ratio is 7:3, with alternating fat and lean, full of gelatin, sticky texture and very delicious.

Pair it with the half-boiled eggs that break when you poke them, and the golden egg liquid immediately rolls into the braised pork rice. Stir it evenly and eat it in big gulps. It's really enjoyable.
If you pass by here, you might as well come and taste it.

Although there are often queues outside the store, the flow of customers is very fast, so if there are not many people in line, you may consider trying this delicious bowl of braised pork rice.

The price is really cheap and cost-effective. Unfortunately, the seating area is often full, but the turnover rate is very fast.
