There are a lot of oyster omelets in the Ningxia night market. It can be said that it is a night market famous for oyster omelet. When my family comes to Taipei, they must come here to eat oyster omelet. As a result, the famous "Ring Side Oyster Omelette" and "Lai Egg Oyster Omelette" are both available. There were so many people, so we chose "Oyster Omelette King" which was also waiting in line but not so crowded.
Although the crowds are not that exaggerated, there are still more than 10 people waiting in line for dine-in, so we decided to order take-out. There is no need to wait for take-out, and we get it in less than a minute after ordering and paying.
Oyster Omelette$80
The eggs and sides are fried very crispy, and it doesn't look like the flour is not cooked. I recommend it for this alone; the portions of oysters and bok choy are quite generous; the sauce is as usual It just has the salty-sweet sauce that oyster omelette has, but their sweetness is quite obvious, the more you eat, the sweeter it becomes, but since I’m from the south, it’s ok hahaha
Overall, I think it is a delicious oyster omelet, because the queue is not as large as other restaurants, so if you want to eat oyster omelet next time you come to Ningxia Night Market, I will definitely come back to this restaurant!
