The store next to Ningxia Night Market usually has a lot of people queuing up on holiday nights. If you don’t want to queue, come on weekdays. The store is quite clean and bright, with plenty of seats.
About the meal
Shrimp fried rice, NT$90. The fried rice was not crispy, some of the rice stuck together, and there was no aroma of fried rice. The shrimp ingredients were okay.
Oyster fried rice, NT$90. The oysters are quite fresh and the rice is not cooked yet. It seems better to order oyster omelette. This is true for fried rice. If you want to eat fried rice, go to Ali Vietnamese or Ah Guo Cut Noodles. Relatively delicious.

<關於用餐後餐點心得🥣>
蚵仔湯：湯的調味沒有很多，都是食材的味道鮮甜，而且他的蚵川燙後還是這麼大，有點令人懷疑是不是有熟🤨（開玩笑），海鮮沒有什麼味道蠻新鮮的。
蚵仔煎：整體來說份量偏小邊邊角角沒有脆脆的口感而且…他的醬汁的口味我吃不出來味道，醬汁有點像豆腐乳的樣子。而且他還有碎殼（吃到兩三次）…這一點滿大忌的。
<關於現場環境🐾>
現場內用桌兼具太小，行走會有點難太擠了，用餐會流汗。內用桌的環境尚可，桌面沒有黏黏的。

位於寧夏夜市的蚵仔煎，如果可以的話盡量避開用餐時間，因為幾乎都會排隊，所以我都會是提早來用餐，下雨天人也會比較少一點。
炒飯的份量還蠻足夠的，但是整體吃起來有點乾。
蝦仁炒飯$90跟蚵仔炒飯$90裡面給的料，都還蠻多的，蝦仁其實蠻好吃的。
至於蚵仔煎$80雖然一份蠻大份的，但是覺得我的粉吃起來不是那麼的酥脆，口感就是有點普通那樣，但是蚵仔煎上菜的速度驚人的快。
店裡面還有賣-蚵仔湯/豬肝湯/腰子湯，如果怕吃起來太乾的人，可以點湯來配。
店裡的員工看起來很多，可見平常生意真的是蠻好的。店內的座位也蠻多的。

寧夏夜市有超級多蚵仔煎，可以說是以蚵仔煎聞名的夜市了吧，家人來台北玩指定要來吃蚵仔煎，結果知名的「圓環邊蚵仔煎」和「賴雞蛋蚵仔煎」都排超級多人，我們就選擇也是在排隊但人潮沒這麼誇張的「蚵仔煎大王」
雖然說人潮沒這麼誇張但也是有超過10人在排隊等內用，所以我們毅然決然選擇外帶了，外帶完全不用等，點餐結帳後不到一分鐘就拿到
蚵仔煎$80
蛋和邊邊都煎得蠻酥的，不會是那種看起來很像麵粉沒熟的樣子，光這點就給推；蚵仔和小白菜的份量都還蠻多的；醬汁一如往常的就是蚵仔煎會有的鹹甜鹹甜的醬，不過他們家的甜味蠻明顯的，越吃越甜，不過因為我是南部人，所以很ok哈哈哈
整體而言，我覺得是一份好吃的蚵仔煎，因為排隊人數沒有另外幾家多，所以下次來寧夏夜市想吃蚵仔煎的話非常願意再來吃這一家！
