"I heard that the Ningxia Night Market is undergoing renovations, and seeing it on-site broke my heart a little! Too many food stalls are closed... it's all about luck." by Brother
<Regarding the dining experience🥣>
Oyster Soup: The soup isn't heavily seasoned; it's all about the fresh and sweet flavors of the ingredients. The oysters are still quite large even after being cooked, which makes me a bit suspicious if they are actually cooked (just kidding). The seafood doesn't have much flavor but is quite fresh.
Oyster Omelette: Overall, the portion is on the smaller side, and the edges lack that crispy texture. Also, I couldn't really taste the flavor of the sauce; it resembles the taste of fermented tofu a bit. Additionally, I encountered some shell fragments (a couple of times)... that's quite a big no-no.
<Regarding the environment on-site🐾>
The dining tables are too small, making it a bit difficult to walk around as it feels crowded. Dining can make you sweat. The indoor dining area is acceptable; the table surfaces are not sticky.
