Oyster Omelette is located in Ningxia Night Market. If possible, try to avoid dining time, because there is almost always a queue, so I always come early to eat, and there will be fewer people on rainy days.
The portion of fried rice was quite sufficient, but overall it tasted a bit dry.
The shrimp fried rice $90 and the oyster fried rice $90 both come with quite a lot of ingredients, and the shrimp is actually quite delicious.
As for the oyster omelet, which is $80, although the portion is quite large, I felt that the noodles were not that crispy and the texture was a bit ordinary. However, the oyster omelet was served surprisingly quickly.
The store also sells oyster soup/pork liver soup/kidney soup. If you are afraid that it will taste too dry, you can order soup to go with it.
There seem to be a lot of employees in the store, which shows that business is really good. There are quite a lot of seats in the store.
