A famous old-brand Chinese restaurant, and both the service and dishes were very satisfying 👍


This time we came to celebrate an elder's birthday and agreed to have a big meal, so we ordered some good dishes.

We chose a set meal for 4-5 people, priced at $2780 + 10% service charge.
Honestly, I think the service charge is very worthwhile.

The waitstaff are middle-aged or older, but they are quick in their actions and observant of the customers' needs. They won’t pressure you to order more dishes and can give the most appropriate suggestions, making you feel that coming here is about being able to choose exactly what you want to eat and what will satisfy you the most.

The set menu includes:
Half a roast duck
Sauce-fried duck rack
Scallion oil chicken
Fresh sea eel
Chive and oyster omelette
Goji berry water lily
Squid with taro rice noodles
Soup dumplings

Generally, roast duck needs to be ordered in advance. We made a reservation, and I don't know if that's the reason we were able to order the set meal directly.

Super fragrant! There are a ton of green onions, and the chicken is also very tender!
The pot is very fragrant, the egg is also very delicious, and the oysters are all very plump.
A simple dish of stir-fried water lily will make people feel that this is different from typical stir-fried dishes. 🥹
Four Seasons Beans Sea Eel! It was my first time eating sea eel, and I was completely not resistant to it. The meat was very tender and had no fishy smell!
There is a lot of soup, and the soup dumplings are actually made very well, but compared to the other stir-fried dishes, they are a bit lacking. In simple terms, the standard for each dish is just too high! 🥹
The Beijing roast duck part, the pancakes and sauce are also classic and on point. 👍
About 8 pieces, one person can eat 2 servings (not counted seriously).
The sauce with scallions and cucumbers is very refreshing.
At one corner of the dining table, the dishes are served quickly, and the four people eat as if it's the New Year.
The stir-fried duck rack is a bit late, freshly cooked. It smells great! However, you really have to be willing to work through the bones, but there is still meat!
Middle Roll Taro Rice Noodles It was very beautiful when served, but we were too hungry, and I didn't have time to take a picture before it was mixed up. I couldn't finish it all! It became tomorrow's lunch (the staff even helped add soup, which was really great).
