In the afternoon, we went to the Ningxia Night Market. First, we went to the opposite side of the night market to have some ice. (Douhua Village) is the best place to wait for the night market stalls.
It is recommended to arrive earlier, as there are fewer people and there are not so many people queuing up. Otherwise, when the night market is crowded, you will faint when you see people queuing up.
Basically, it’s the same as a regular ice cream shop. You just choose one of the five bases: tofu pudding, snowflake ice, shaved ice, tender grass jelly, and sugar cane smoothie. You also choose the toppings. The toppings are all delicious, no surprises!
