博愛街黑白切米粉湯

Boai Street Black and White Rice Noodle Soup, as the name suggests, is of course located on Boai Street in Hualien.
Nearby are the famous Yixin Pao Bing and two rival rice dumplings.

What I enjoyed today was a combination of leg rice and vegetables, totaling 135 yuan.

Leg Ku rice:
The body of the drumstick is extremely tender and sticky. Unless you don't like fat (in which case you are unlikely to order the drumstick), it should be a delicious food that all tasters will agree with.
The chopsticks open easily, the fat meat is oily but not greasy, and the lean meat is extremely smooth.
The garnished dried bamboo shoots are also very delicious.

Vegetable comprehensive:
A super rich combination of vegetables, at least five kinds.
Pumpkin is sticky and salty, cabbage is tender and crisp, cauliflower and tomatoes are juicy and sweet.

This is a rare product. The thick stems have a unique fibrous texture, and the thin leaves have a gelatinous and slightly bitter taste that is also fascinating.
This whole combination of healthy and fresh vegetables only costs 70 yuan, which is really cheap.

Overall, this is a snack bar worth visiting again.
The meat is fat and tender, and the vegetables are delicious.
I also want to try the rice noodle soup that the store is famous for.
