The new Dashengya is renovated from a Japanese-style wooden bungalow, retaining the simple architectural features and creating a warm dining atmosphere. There is no glitz of the bustling business district, only the tranquility and natural atmosphere, which makes people feel extremely relaxed.
Family-style Japanese rice bowls are the signature here. Every bowl of rice bowl is full of the chef's hard work and wisdom. Whether it is the tender beef bowl, the fragrant pork bowl, or the carefully crafted side dishes, they are all mouth-watering.
Every bite is a pleasure for the taste buds. The rich taste and exquisite presentation all reflect this restaurant's pursuit and persistence in gourmet food.
The service also requires top-notch standards, which just happened to be the motto for new clerks to practice in their spare time.
The sauce of the rice bowl is more like sukiyaki with a little sweetness. I like it very much.
The portion size of the meat slices is quite large. There are extra large bowls, large bowls, and mini bowls to choose from. People with various appetites can find the portion that suits them. This time I ordered a bigger portion...it was a bit too much to finish.
The udon noodles are very chewy and the cold noodles are suitable for cooling off in the summer. If the price is increased, there will be meat (I think the udon noodles alone are too expensive at 95⋯, but the price with meat is a bit expensive)
Highly recommend the side dishes.
The cherry pickled carrots taste like candy, and the little round ones are cute. The kimchi is also very delicious.
This restaurant is not only a place to dine, but also a good space to share delicious food and spend quality time with family and friends.
There is actually my favorite tofu skin udon~~~
The Tangyang fried chicken I ordered was also delicious.
But this seems to be the second Dashengwu store.
What does the first one look like in Taichang?
But this space is relatively much larger.
Even if you have to wait for a table, you don’t have to wait too long~
If you drive, you may have to find a parking space for a while, so it is more convenient to go there by bike!
A rice bowl and udon specialty store renovated from an old house
It’s hard to find a seat during meal time
Self-service ordering, meal pickup, and recycling
The store is very bright and clean!!!!
· Dasheng Hot Spring Egg Pork Donburi $135
After taking the photo, I popped the hot spring egg immediately🤣
Super healing~
The portion is just right, but it’s a pity
The pork donburi tastes a bit too Taiwanese
· Tofu skin udon (soup) $125
The noodles and soup are both great~
Worthy of being a signboard
· Japanese Tang Yang Chicken $80
Unexpectedly, my favorite is Tang Yang Chicken
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!!! Very good taste
The meat is very juicy🥹
I will definitely order it again next time I come here

It's a bit of a pity that
Because the store sells mini donburi
Very suitable portion size for children
But that's why
Almost 1/3 of the entire store has children.
Loud shouts that come and go
A bit scary ಥ_ಥ
In the future, I should avoid the time after school for children.
Come to eat again
