The Cold Shop is located on Guangdong Street in Hualien City, which is closer to the Dongdamen Night Market than the urban area.

Today I enjoyed two bowls of mixed ice, totaling 140 yuan.
The store's ordering methods are in addition to ordinary a la carte.
The comprehensive ice uses clear ice as a base of 30 yuan, and the remaining ingredients are added on top and then combined for calculation. It is a quite interesting way of ordering.

Comprehensive ice:
The first bowl is Fengyuan, Aiyu, and Dajia taro
The pink balls taste very good, soft and tender while maintaining a good taste.
The taro is amazing, just like the proud description on the store table, it is solid and dense, so fine that you can't eat the thick and hard fiber of the taro. I am not a taro person, and I don't even eat it very much, but the taro here is indeed very delicious.

The second bowl is grass jelly, aiyu, and honey pineapple
The quality of Xiancao Aiyu is also very good. I really like ingredients that are full of texture, and the ingredients in this restaurant almost all achieve this perfectly.
Honey pineapple balances the sweetness and sourness of pineapple well. Although it is not my favorite taste, it is still a delicious ingredient.

I originally planned to order the pink round ice as a reward, but the clerk strongly suggested ordering the ice you want to eat first before deciding whether to add more. Thanks to the clerk for reminding me, the portion of combined ice is also large, so I definitely can’t eat the pink round ice.

Overall, this is a very delicious ice cream shop that makes me want to come back several times. Even in winter, there are hot and sweet soups to choose from, so I look forward to the performance of these items.

The red banner hanging outside the store said that the store was established to fulfill my father's wish.
Although it had nothing to do with the meal, when my father's recently deceased wife was leaving after finishing the meal, I suddenly saw the tearful look behind the cloth...

Hualien City neighborhood shaved ice and red bean soup. In order to fulfill the promise he made with his father when he was a child, the boss founded the brand "Lengliang Shop". And "take care of the pillars, become the pillars" as the brand spirit. A very cute little shop, the owner is super polite, the overall atmosphere and purchase experience are very good, the price of ice is also great, and the bowl is huge.
Today I ordered the Super Boss Mango Ice 290. "The portion is huge and recommended for two or more people to eat together." It contains: (fresh mango, pearls, condensed milk, grass jelly jelly), and a striped shaved ice cat with brown sugar ice on top.
As a taro lover, I love their taro so much that I ordered an extra portion.
The taro is solid and you can tell it's of high quality. The brown sugar chopped into ice is even better. As soon as you eat it, you can tell it's very different. It's not too sweet but it's sweet. After asking the boss, I found out that their brown sugar is their own. Made with some licorice and other Chinese medicinal materials!

Recommended for those who come to Hualien and don’t know what to eat. The locals are tired of some similar sweet soup and ice cream shops, so here is a new choice.
