The "Bib Gourmand" was first introduced in 1997, represented by the image of the Michelin Baby licking his lips, symbolizing the combination of high quality and affordable prices. Today, I want to share with you a meat sauce rice restaurant in Kaohsiung that has been passed down for three generations. Although the store looks simple, it is always full of people at the entrance. This restaurant is not only beloved by locals, but it is also one of the culinary treasures certified by the "Bib Gourmand"...

✅ Fish Floss Meat Sauce Rice: Made with meat sauce that includes pork skin and fat, it has a flavor typical of southern cuisine. Plus, the homemade fish floss made from milkfish adds an extra layer of seafood freshness, making it a more complex dish. The best part is that after finishing one bowl that is rich yet not greasy, you'll want to have another. You can also add an extra half-boiled duck egg for 20 yuan; the yolk is very rich and when mixed with the rice, the flavor becomes even thicker and smoother.

✅ Vegetables: The vegetables served are based on what the shop provides that day. They are ordinary cold dishes and taste average, with a light seasoning.

✅ Meatball Soup: A simple meatball soup with a hint of celery. The flavor is not too strong; it’s a very straightforward taste. The meatballs are chewy.

✅ Bamboo Shoot Soup: This is also a very simple soup. The only ingredient inside is bamboo shoots, which are quite sweet.

The signature meat sauce rice at "Qianjin Meat Sauce Rice" truly lives up to its reputation, with the essence lying in the pork skin and fat preserved in the meat sauce, providing a rich yet not greasy texture. Paired with fish floss, it adds a refreshing element that balances the overall flavor. As for the other dishes, they perform adequately, but since we arrived later, there weren’t many items left. It is said that the "Pan-fried Fish Belly" is also a must-try, so I suggest that those who want to taste it go early to avoid missing out!

是受到米其林必比登推薦的肉燥飯🔥招牌真的不是很顯眼,如果我只是經過的話可能沒辦法發現這裡有一間那麼厲害的傳統小店 第一次來想說居然不用排隊 結果是賣完了⋯ 第二次來學乖了 7:15開門我大概8:00左右來,平日的這個時間人潮還不算多,等老闆清一下位置就能入座 來之前有上網爬文,知道這間的肉燥飯屬於全肥派,對於我這個不敢吃肥肉的人算是又怕又想挑戰💪🏻 - ✐ 魚鬆肉燥飯$45 ·魚鬆跟肉燥的搭配真的有夠讚⋯不太會形容它的調味,可能是神秘又好吃 肉燥吃起來不會很肥,是膠質的感覺 但吃到最後還是會感覺有一點點膩 不知道是不是我還不習慣吃肥肉的關係(?) 整體其實有驚艷到我 小小一碗吃完其實蠻有飽足感的 ✐ 鴨蛋包(半熟)$20 · 敢吃半熟蛋的必點半熟鴨蛋包,比一般的雞蛋還要更有獨特的香氣,不過不是現煎的唷(現煎老闆可能會忙死⋯) ✐ 貢丸湯 $25 ·不是脆脆的那種,蠻有肉感的,表現沒有特別驚人但湯頭不錯,配飯剛好

📍高雄前金區 榮登2024米其林必比登的老字號店家,用餐空間是半開放式,冷氣開放時會拉下透明布幕阻隔,但還是敵不過高雄炎熱的天氣,沒有很涼快🤣,店內大約 6-7 桌翻桌率很快,大約等了15分鐘左右,店附近停車比較不方便,建議騎乘機車比較好找位子。 餐點🥘 - 魚鬆肉燥飯 / 45元 - 鴨蛋包半熟 / 20元: 前金肉燥飯是肥肉比較多的類型,醬汁比較南部口味偏甜一點,可以感受到滷汁舒適的醬香味和肥肉部位特有的膠質感,吃起來微微黏嘴的感覺,伴上店家特製的魚鬆,讓整個肉燥飯多了一層沙沙的層次感,但會帶走嘴裡的水分,整碗吃下來略為口渴,我下次可能會選擇沒有魚鬆的版本,半熟鴨蛋是整碗肉燥飯的靈魂,輕輕劃破蛋皮金黃略為凝固的蛋液就會流出來,用一點鴨蛋黃裹著飯粒又是另外一個層次的享受了,私心推薦大家加購半熟鴨蛋包,跟肉燥飯是絕佳的搭配!
