As a Kaohsiung local who has lived here for many years,
I am truly embarrassed that I have never tried Qianjin Braised Pork Rice‼️

The only place in Kaohsiung that this year simultaneously received

This family-run Braised Pork Rice has been passed down for 3 generations,
What ultimate flavors have been simmering for 65 years❔
I was so curious all night that I decided to come first thing in the morning to find out 👀

I chose to arrive around 08:00 before work on a weekday,
Thinking that the rush hour for work would mean fewer people,
But I was too naive after living for 30 years,
Totally overlooking that true food lovers in the area don’t take holidays😆
But no worries—while waiting for my order,
I had a chance to see what others were eating for future reference ❤️

Currently no cilantro available,
And since I wanted something pure this time,
It’s fine without it.

Just thinking about that golden yolk flowing out is incredibly tempting,
I had already decided on this combination early on😍

The dry and wet pairing makes for a perfect meal.

Having both fish and meat makes this a commoner’s version of a surf and turf meal 🍽️
Eating the whole breakfast set was a bit too filling,
But everything can be easily enjoyed at a budget price.
The satisfaction is beyond words 🤤
No wonder there are more than one year’s recommendations at the same time 🉐

Not only were the dishes impressive,
But I was also pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality shown to every customer.

“Dining in means waiting for a table, okay?”
“Don’t forget to take utensils for takeout!”
“Please hold on a moment.”
“It’s okay if I made a mistake on your order; I’ll help you change it.”
“Do you know how to get to Dali? Come! I’ll tell you.”

After this meal, the owner’s meticulous kindness warmed my heart so much,
I almost cried with teary eyes.
The most beautiful sight in Taiwan is its people; it’s not just a saying.
It’s real, and there are businesses that exemplify this fully.
This is definitely the best Braised Pork Rice I’ve ever had in my life.

As a pretend Kaohsiung person (just for fun), I can only say I wish I had come here sooner ah ah ah ah!
I highly recommend everyone to go eat here, ten-star rating ✨

This morning I had a grand feast of both land and sea. 😆
The highlight of this dish is the shredded fish, which pairs with the meat sauce to give the whole bowl a more layered flavor.
Most of the meat sauce is made of fatty meat, but it doesn't have a soft and mushy texture; instead, it is chewy and not greasy.
The half-cooked duck egg from this place doesn't ooze everywhere. The fragrant fried outer layer of the egg white envelops the already delicious braised meat rice, elevating it to another extreme of deliciousness.
Eating just the minced meat can be a bit salty, but if you scoop some fish floss and fried egg together and take a bite, it becomes the perfect deliciousness.
The fish skin itself doesn’t stand out much, but the broth is very delicious. There is white pepper available on the table for self-service, and adding it gives a different aroma.
I originally thought that this portion for breakfast would be too much and I wouldn't be able to finish it. I even brought a container to pack leftovers, but unexpectedly, I finished it all.
An old store that has been in business since 1959. The storefront has transparent plastic to prevent the air conditioning from escaping. If it's your first time visiting, you might need to look for the entrance and exit.
Fill out the form and confirm in the store. The seating will also be informed by the store. Payment will be made only when the food is delivered. 💰
The shopkeeper will patiently remind you that there is currently no cilantro.
Looking at others dining in, I just realized I can also order side vegetables. 🥬
Later, I looked closely and realized that you can order quite a few items individually. The correct business hours are as shown in the picture.
I didn't expect there to be a TV 📺. The air conditioning and the surveillance camera both seem to be newly installed. They all look pristine and very clean.
Lastly, I definitely recommend everyone to come and eat! 🫶🏻

是受到米其林必比登推薦的肉燥飯🔥招牌真的不是很顯眼,如果我只是經過的話可能沒辦法發現這裡有一間那麼厲害的傳統小店 第一次來想說居然不用排隊 結果是賣完了⋯ 第二次來學乖了 7:15開門我大概8:00左右來,平日的這個時間人潮還不算多,等老闆清一下位置就能入座 來之前有上網爬文,知道這間的肉燥飯屬於全肥派,對於我這個不敢吃肥肉的人算是又怕又想挑戰💪🏻 - ✐ 魚鬆肉燥飯$45 ·魚鬆跟肉燥的搭配真的有夠讚⋯不太會形容它的調味,可能是神秘又好吃 肉燥吃起來不會很肥,是膠質的感覺 但吃到最後還是會感覺有一點點膩 不知道是不是我還不習慣吃肥肉的關係(?) 整體其實有驚艷到我 小小一碗吃完其實蠻有飽足感的 ✐ 鴨蛋包(半熟)$20 · 敢吃半熟蛋的必點半熟鴨蛋包,比一般的雞蛋還要更有獨特的香氣,不過不是現煎的唷(現煎老闆可能會忙死⋯) ✐ 貢丸湯 $25 ·不是脆脆的那種,蠻有肉感的,表現沒有特別驚人但湯頭不錯,配飯剛好

📍高雄前金區 榮登2024米其林必比登的老字號店家,用餐空間是半開放式,冷氣開放時會拉下透明布幕阻隔,但還是敵不過高雄炎熱的天氣,沒有很涼快🤣,店內大約 6-7 桌翻桌率很快,大約等了15分鐘左右,店附近停車比較不方便,建議騎乘機車比較好找位子。 餐點🥘 - 魚鬆肉燥飯 / 45元 - 鴨蛋包半熟 / 20元: 前金肉燥飯是肥肉比較多的類型,醬汁比較南部口味偏甜一點,可以感受到滷汁舒適的醬香味和肥肉部位特有的膠質感,吃起來微微黏嘴的感覺,伴上店家特製的魚鬆,讓整個肉燥飯多了一層沙沙的層次感,但會帶走嘴裡的水分,整碗吃下來略為口渴,我下次可能會選擇沒有魚鬆的版本,半熟鴨蛋是整碗肉燥飯的靈魂,輕輕劃破蛋皮金黃略為凝固的蛋液就會流出來,用一點鴨蛋黃裹著飯粒又是另外一個層次的享受了,私心推薦大家加購半熟鴨蛋包,跟肉燥飯是絕佳的搭配!

有多少人為米其林餐廳趨之若鶩?但你知道除了「米其林指南」的榮譽之外,還有一個專為推薦「物有所值」的飲食體驗而設的「必比登推介」嗎?「必比登推介」於1997年首次亮相,由米其林寶寶必比登舔嘴唇的形象代言,象徵著高品質與親民價格的結合。今天要和大家分享的,是高雄一家傳承三代的肉燥飯店。雖然店面簡樸,但門口總是排滿人潮,這家店不僅深受當地人喜愛,更是獲得「必比登推介」認證的美食寶地之一… ✅魚鬆肉燥飯:使用帶有豬皮及油花的肉燥,味道上是屬於南部風味,再加上店家自製的虱目魚魚鬆,會再更增添海鮮鮮味,吃起來更有層次感。最厲害的是,吃完一碗油而不膩的滋味,會讓人想要再續下一碗。另外有再加購20元搭配半熟鴨蛋包,蛋黃非常濃郁,與白飯混勻後,滋味更渾厚又順口。 ✅青菜:看店家當天提供的品項為何,而青菜都是一般的冷菜,吃起來普通。調味清淡。 ✅貢丸湯:添加些許芹菜的純粹貢丸湯。味道不會過重,很單純的味道。貢丸Q彈。 ✅竹筍湯:一樣是非常單純的湯。裏面的食材僅有筍子而以,不過筍子相當清甜。 ————————————— 「前金肉燥飯」的招牌肉燥飯確實名不虛傳,精髓在於肉燥中保留的豬皮和油脂,帶來肥而不膩的口感。搭配魚鬆,更增添了一絲清爽,讓整體味道更加平衡。至於其他餐點,表現得中規中矩,但因為吃曼去得較晚,所剩品項也不多了。而據說「煎魚肚」也是必點品項,建議想要品嚐的朋友務必早點前往,以免錯過唷! *只接受現金
