The boss is from Hong Kong, but it looks like there is only one person taking care of the entire store.
So the speed of cooking is not very fast.
This time I ordered pork ribs rice with soy sauce: the hot outer pot allows the rice to produce crispy rice, so it can be regarded as achieving the essence of a claypot rice restaurant.
The pork ribs are also very delicious!
