Since it was takeout, the dumpling texture didn’t quite match that of dining in, but overall, I still highly recommend it!

This time I ordered the chive dumplings and their most famous green scallop dumplings. Both were delicious, but personally, I prefer their regular dumplings over the scallop dumplings.
The filling of the chive dumplings is substantial, and when you bite into them, the chives and meat juices burst out, giving a slightly sweet flavor, which is my favorite.
The standout feature of the scallop dumplings is not just the green exterior but also the burst of scallop flavor in your mouth, which is unforgettable. However, the scallops are a bit small, which detracts from the texture, but considering the price, I can’t really complain too much. Overall, it’s still great.
Even though it was takeout, I still recommend not leaving it out for more than ten minutes to avoid losing the texture when it cools down.
The most famous dumpling restaurant in Taipei is probably Qiaozhiwei located in Section 2, Jinan Road.
There are long queues during every dining period. In order to maximize the efficiency of internal use, we can only use partitions to simply divide the four-person table into two groups of two.
The lowest order quantity in the store is five. Today I ordered six, half and half, five scallop dumplings and a bowl of hot and sour soup.
A combination of half and half: that is, three signatures and three leeks.
The signature dumplings use a combination of chives, cabbage and pork, and they taste quite sophisticated.
Leek dumplings are made of leeks and pork. The leeks are cut into very fine sections and the unique aroma of the leeks is quite strong.
Scallop dumplings: The scallop dumplings are made with green algae on the outside, and the entire scallop is quite eye-catching.

You can help yourself with the sauce, and the chili soy sauce and garlic paste are very delicious.
You can take your own side dishes and the side dishes area is clean.
Grass jelly honey: When I left, I ordered a glass of iced jelly grass honey at the door. It tasted a little sweet, but as a role in removing oil and greasiness, this cup was very competent.

Overall, it is definitely recommended to visit if you are passing through off-peak hours.
