The sashimi and rice are served separately! I don't really consider this a rice bowl XD It’s more like a platter of sashimi with a bowl of rice?
The sashimi portion is generous, with four types of fish, about 20 slices, plus two fresh shrimp and some salmon roe. I was genuinely surprised towards the end!
There’s also a soft-boiled egg served on the side, which you can mix with the rice—so delicious!

Unfortunately, a few pieces of fish I had some bones in them, as the chef didn’t clean them properly while cutting the sashimi.
Overall, it’s still very worth it, and the fish is quite fresh!

🔹 If you want to indulge in sashimi, I highly recommend this place! The fish is mostly fresh, but the quality of preparation is a bit regrettable, as some pieces had bones and sinews that weren't properly cleaned! The soup is very rich, made with fish and shrimp heads, definitely a recommended restaurant!

📍Located in the Guanghua Digital Plaza, the store's decor is quite interesting, the seafood is fresh, and the prices are reasonable, making for a good business.

There are plenty of seats inside, and there is also a second floor available. Due to the decor, the distance and privacy between tables are quite good. However, the height of the chairs does not match well with the tables, requiring some bending over. You can make online reservations in advance or wait for a table on-site. Once seated, you can order using a QR code, and if you join the store's group, you can show your phone screen to receive the group's gifts for the day. The serving speed is not very fast, but you can drink miso soup and lemonade while waiting. There is a 10% service charge for dining in.

▪️ Explosive Fish Bowl $390
This time I ordered the Explosive Fish Bowl, initially thinking it would be similar to the seafood bowl from Donburi, but it turned out to be even more extravagant when served. It has four types of sashimi totaling 20 slices, two shrimp, some salmon roe, and a soft-boiled egg. The fish and vinegared rice are served separately, so it doesn’t really qualify as a traditional donburi🤣.
Perhaps expecting customers might take their time eating, the sashimi was placed on a bed of crushed ice to maintain freshness. The fish quality was quite good, with no chewiness or sinewy texture, and the fat distribution was decent. However, 20 slices felt like too much for me, and I got a bit tired of it by the end. I ended up asking the store for a box to take five slices home to cook with noodles😅.
The soft-boiled egg was also quite good; pouring it over the vinegared rice made it easy to finish the rice. The miso soup, although a bit strong in flavor, was not overly salty.

😁 Overall, the experience was quite nice. Aside from the uncomfortable chairs, the overall meals and atmosphere made me willing to return!

The store is located next to the exit of Guanghua Shopping Center and Sanchuang on Bade Road. Its appearance is so eye-catching that it is almost impossible to ignore it.

Today I enjoyed a lot of meals, including fried fish bowl, garlic grilled squid bowl, sea grape sashimi, fish salad, and sea urchin, scallop and yam noodles, totaling about 1,200 yuan.

Explosive Fish Donburi:
As you can see from the photos, the portions and types of raw fish fillets are quite amazing, and the taste is full of freshness and deliciousness.

Garlic Grilled Squid Don:
The aroma of garlic hits your nose when the meal is served.
The squid is large and grilled with garlic, which is quite delicious. The shredded kelp and burdock as a side are also quite delicious, and it comes with a hot spring egg.

Sea grape sashimi:
It is a rare product, and the pop-pop texture when you bite into it is very rare. Of course, in addition to being interesting, it is also delicious.

Fish salad:
This is a buy-one-get-one-free item. Yubaizi is the testis of fish. It is also a rare high-end product and has excellent nutritional value.
The taste is quite interesting. It tastes like fish eggs at the moment of entry, but then the strong flavor that is not fish eggs clearly shows its self-assertion.

Sea urchin, scallops and yam noodles:
Almost all the luxurious ingredients condensed into one cup.
Scallops, sea urchin, mullet roe, crab paste, fish eggs, fish liver, and thin noodles made of shredded yam.
It's a complete collection of high-end ingredients.
The taste is equally luxurious and quite harmonious.
You can taste three distinct flavors of scallops, sea urchin and mullet roe in one bite.
The crab paste fish roe and fish liver provide a different richness.
It's a really crazy combination.

The store provides self-service barley tea and miso soup. The miso soup is made with solid ingredients. Although the visual effect is poor when you take it out, the taste is good.

Overall, purely in terms of food, the quality of this restaurant is indeed enough to make people visit again many times, but I have to deduct one star here.
From entering to leaving, the fishy smell in the seating area on the first floor is very obvious. Although it is like entering an abalone restaurant, you will not smell the smell for a long time.
But in terms of dining experience, it's really not a good feeling.
Maybe it would be better to go to the second floor.

And the food is really impeccable.

   delicious! The ingredients are very fresh, the salmon is super fresh and sweet, there are no chewy tendons, the vinegar rice is not sour enough, there is a little bit of seaweed powder sprinkled on it, and a hot spring egg comes as a bonus. The taste is very diverse.
2. Grilled Squid Don 220
   The portion of squid is sufficient, and shredded burdock and kelp are provided. The rice itself is a little sticky and not as delicious as vinegar rice. There are also hot spring eggs that can be mixed with the rice.
