The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and there is often a queue during dinner hours, indicating its popularity. There are limited seats inside, but the food is served quickly.
The service staff are highly efficient and can quickly serve dishes. Despite the high number of guests, the overall service experience is good, making one feel the warmth of hospitality.

“Chicken Noodle CHILLMEN” is located near Songjiang Nanjing Station, about an 8-minute walk from Exit 8. It's open until midnight, making it my go-to place for a late dinner, but it's only open from Wednesday to Saturday each week.
We arrived around 8:30 PM on Saturday, and there were still two groups waiting at the entrance. However, we got seated after about 10 minutes, and the dishes were served quickly.
Clam and Sous Vide Chicken Rich Broth Noodle $220
The broth is very rich, allowing you to enjoy both the hearty chicken infusion and the fresh sweetness of seafood. I really liked it and almost finished the whole bowl.
The noodles are thin and normal, nothing particularly special, just standard noodles.
There were plenty of clams—I remember having at least 6—and each one was very plump, which was quite nice!
The chicken breast had a decent texture, it wasn't dry or tough, which was good, so I appreciated that!
Aside from the broth, the most impressive was the chicken meatball; it tasted great, with just the right amount of saltiness. However, there were only 2, leaving me wanting more.
We also ordered a super chill combo for $70, which includes chicken-flavored vegetables and a drink of your choice for 40 NT$.
The drink was just a canned beverage; the vegetables were cabbage, which seemed to be drizzled with chicken oil and topped with fried shallots, making it very fragrant. The cabbage maintained its crispness, and the portion was quite generous, which I liked!

This bowl is my number one! The broth is amazing! The rich chicken broth gives a feeling similar to that of a Japanese ramen shop, and I can drink it all without getting too overwhelmed.
The noodles look like Taiwanese butter noodles but have a certain chewiness and texture to them.
The toppings aren’t as impressive as the broth:
Clams - quite large, around four or five pieces.
Sous vide chicken - slightly dry, doesn’t really taste like sous vide, it's about the quality you'd get at a healthy lunch box place.
Chicken meatballs - the meat texture is a bit loose.
🐷 Thick Pepper Pork Belly Chicken Soup Noodles ($200):
The broth is also thick like the previous bowl, and they both look yellowish, but the flavors of the two soups are quite different!
This bowl has a slightly stronger pepper flavor for me, and the ingredients seem to be cooked separately, not very flavorful.

Usually when the doors open at around five o'clock, there will be many people queuing up to prepare their meals.
This time I tried the pork belly chicken noodle soup with extremely thick pepper.
The soup is very delicious, with a strong peppery aroma that makes you want to take one sip after another;
The pork belly is very chewy, but not hard to bite.
The chicken is also very tasty, and it makes people think that chicken and pork belly go well together.
It is recommended that if you pass through Zhongshan District, you can come and taste it.
This meal: Private House Dandan Noodles Set with Clam Chicken Soup
Just after ordering, the chicken clam soup was served quickly.
The chicken soup itself is very rich and it feels like it has been simmered for a long time. Every mouthful is filled with the essence of chicken. There are also four or five clams.
There are a lot of dandan noodle shops with Q-shaped pork jerky, which looks a lot like eating Taiwanese spaghetti bolognese. It tastes a bit spicy, and the pork jerky is a bit salty when eaten alone. It’s just right when paired with noodles. At the end, there’s still a lot of pork jerky left after finishing it. When it comes to rice, I will stir-fry it. Finally, I have a mouthful of minced meat and a mouthful of chicken soup. The two are mixed together to create a new flavor.
Overall, I really need to come early. I passed by around six o'clock and was already queuing up. There were five groups waiting for a table. There are about 2x seats in the store, but the food is served pretty quickly.
