A noodle shop only open during dinner time in Zhongshan District
Usually when the doors open at around five o'clock, there will be many people queuing up to prepare their meals.
This time I tried the pork belly chicken noodle soup with extremely thick pepper.
The soup is very delicious, with a strong peppery aroma that makes you want to take one sip after another;
The pork belly is very chewy, but not hard to bite.
The chicken is also very tasty, and it makes people think that chicken and pork belly go well together.
It is recommended that if you pass through Zhongshan District, you can come and taste it.

📍台北市中山區排隊熱門店｜營業到深夜的台式雞湯麵館🍜
禮拜二晚上七點半抵達，需要先入店向店員登記用餐人數，不會打電話來提醒～需在外等候，一共等了20分鐘入座

🐔 蛤蜊舒肥雞濃湯麵（$220）：
這碗是我的第一名！湯底最厲害！極濃的雞湯底有一種在吃日式拉麵店的感覺，喝光光也不會過於膩口
麵看起來是台式黃油麵，但也有一定的韌度與口感
配料沒有湯底那麼優秀
蛤蜊-算蠻大顆、有四五顆
舒肥雞肉-略乾、吃不太出來很舒肥，差不多是健康便當店的水準
雞肉丸- 肉質比較鬆散
🐷胡椒極厚豬肚雞湯麵（$200）：
湯底與前一碗一樣都是偏厚重，顏色看起來都偏黃，但兩碗湯的味道很不一樣！
這碗對我來說胡椒味稍濃、有中藥味

本次餐點 : 私房擔擔麵套餐 附 蛤蜊雞湯
剛點完餐 蛤蜊雞湯很快的就上了
雞湯本身非常濃郁感覺是熬的很久的 口口都是雞的精華 蛤蜊也有四五顆
擔擔麵 麵體Q彈 肉燥鋪的很多 看上去很像在吃台式的義大利肉醬麵 吃起來算有點辣 單吃肉燥有點鹹 搭配麵就剛剛好 最後麵吃完 還剩很多肉燥 如果有飯的話 我會加爆 最後我是一口肉燥一口雞湯 兩者混合起來迸出新滋味
整體而言 真的需要早點來 六點左右經過就已經在排隊 候位也等了五組 店內座位約 2x個 不過上菜蠻快的
餐點的部分倒是蠻好吃的 推薦
