During meal times, there are quite a few people, and after scanning the QR code to place your order, you can pay online (if you want to pay in cash, you have to order at the counter). The serving speed is quite fast.

The fried chicken is obviously freshly fried, hot, with a thin crispy skin that is not heavily seasoned, and the oil used doesn’t make it greasy. While the quality is decent, it doesn’t stand out in any unique way.

The drinks are all from the Coca-Cola range, and there are ice cubes available for self-service, which is a plus. The "white jade lychee" flavored ice cream is quite good but a bit too sweet. The vanilla is like the common flavors found in Taiwan; after all, it’s not like the authentic vanilla ice cream in Europe and the U.S., which is usually filled with vanilla beans.

A pizza place delayed by fried chicken? It feels like I've been hearing this phrase a lot in recent years, about one type of store being delayed by another. This particular place is on Zhongshan North Road. The first floor is a kitchen for takeout orders; it’s bright and clean, while the dining area is in the basement. The first time I came here, I found it to be a hidden gem. The basement is quite large and even has a kids' play area, making it very comfortable.

For dine-in, you only need to get one pizza or one order of fried chicken to enjoy free drinks and ice cream, which is a great deal. The pizza and fries are fairly standard in my opinion, but the fried chicken is incredibly juicy. Eating it fresh out of the fryer is highly recommended—you can’t stop at just one! I ended up ordering another portion, which usually comes with a thigh and a leg. All the fried chicken is legs, and the wings are spicy Mexican-style chicken wings, all definitely worth a try.
