The weather suddenly turned cold again, so I wanted to drink some hot soup.
I saw this ramen shop that seemed to have just opened and it looked pretty good, so I decided to try it out.
Arriving around 17:25, there are already two or three groups of customers queuing up to order. There are about 10 seats available inside?
The rule for internal use is one bowl of noodles per person
The two of us had a meal today and ordered the following ramen.
Porcini, Chicken and Scallop Salt Ramen:
It is a salt-flavored clear soup ramen, which I personally like very much! ! !
The soup is very fragrant, refreshing and delicious, and the noodles are thin, not too soft and delicious.
However, although the chicken barbecued pork is well prepared and does not smell like chicken, I personally don’t really like chicken barbecued pork😅
They have an option to exchange meat pigs for chickens. I wonder if there is an option to exchange chickens for pigs😅
Thick boiled dry ramen
I only had one sip of this soup, it had a very strong flavor of dried fish! ! !
I actually like it quite a bit, but if I want to come back next time, I should order Seitang Ramen. I can’t help but like clear soup type 😂
In addition, you can share half a soft-boiled egg, which is a great soft-boiled egg with controlled doneness! !
Overall, highly recommended!
It also makes people want to come back again and again. I saw many people adding some fried chicken, and I want to try it next time.
