This visit was to a very special little restaurant located near Chongshan Station, close to Chifeng Street. This small bistro specializes in beef tripe and various exotic dishes, with most menu items centered around beef tripe and beef cheeks.
However, there aren’t many restaurants that focus on beef tripe. The menu shows a variety of beef-related dishes, whether it’s beef tripe buns or beef tripe and cheeks paired with bread.
Of course, it's not just simple beef tripe dishes here; there are many other international flavors as well! Dishes like Italian braised meat plates, for example! It's definitely unique and has its own character! It's perfect for friends who haven't tried it before to come and give it a shot!
There aren’t many items on the menu; basically, it's primarily beef or lamb, along with various types of bread to choose from. So if you love beef tripe or beef cheeks, as well as different types of bread, you’ll surely love this place!
Aside from the basic meals, Europeans are known to enjoy drinking, so the drink menu here is even more extensive than the food offerings, including beers and some craft beverages. It’s ideal to have a small drink while enjoying beef tripe!
Moreover, the overall decor style of the restaurant really gives off a charming little international vibe. It’s great for everyone to come and enjoy some food while capturing some great photos!

Now that we’re at this restaurant, how could we miss trying their fried beef tripe? So basically, we just had to order the fried beef tripe to give it a go! Honestly, the taste of the fried beef tripe isn’t particularly different from regular beef tripe; it’s mainly the cooking method that makes it unique. The fried beef tripe feels a bit like soft, tender, and chewy fries, but it tastes just like beef tripe.
I can only say it’s very special and chewy to eat, so it's no wonder this dish is one of their signature offerings! I highly recommend it to those who haven't tried it yet because the portion isn’t too large, so it's great for sampling!
👉 Zucchini Fried in Durum Wheat Flour $160
The zucchini is fried using durum wheat flour for a unique texture. However, I personally find zucchinis just okay. Despite its unique preparation, I think it's just alright. 😂😂😂

Another feature of this little bistro is that they offer burgers made with beef cheeks or beef tripe. Thus, we ordered both styles of burgers.
The beef cheeks taste more like regular beef. The previous beef tripe was more crispy and tender. I think both of these burgers have their own uniqueness.
If you’d like to try both types of meat, you can go for this option; that way, you can taste both and choose your favorite type of bread to pair with!
👉 Grilled Italian Sausage & Potatoes $240
This dish was one of the daily specials listed on the blackboard. Each day, there are limited items displayed there, so if you see something you want, don't hesitate to order it!
As the name suggests, this dish includes sausage and potatoes. The sausage is grilled to perfection, very fragrant, and the potatoes act more like a side dish. You can see from the pictures that the sausage portion is quite substantial — it can be considered a large sausage!
The potatoes serve more as a complementary side. The flavors of this dish are relatively rich, but I feel the sausage portion was handled quite well too.
In terms of food, I find it quite unique. Although this place specializes in beef tripe and beef cheeks, they really excel in serving these two ingredients because there aren’t many places that focus on them.
They’ve done a great job in this regard, creatively incorporating these ingredients into numerous pairings. So I definitely believe you should try these two ingredients when you visit!

I saw a special wine on the blackboard that seemed quite refreshing and fruity, so I ordered a glass to try. And true to its description, it indeed has a strong fruity wine flavor.
If you’re getting tired of meat and bread sauces, I really recommend trying a fresher, fruit-flavored beverage!
I personally think this wine is quite good. If you see it, definitely give it a try!
⭐️ About the Atmosphere
The dining space is not very large, accommodating only a few groups of guests at a time, about three to four tables. However, the ambiance is truly European, similar to a quaint little shop in Europe, where you enjoy beef with fine wine during leisurely moments with friends.
From the outside decor, you can also sense the relaxed European vibe. Sadly, the restaurant lacks a restroom option due to limited space, which might be inconvenient if you suddenly need one. 😂😂😂

The staff provide some basic services, and since these dishes are quite unique, there are brief introductions when ordering and serving the meals.

As you can see above, despite the unique and exotic offerings, the prices are quite reasonable. Each burger is around $200, not too different from typical burger prices elsewhere.
I think the price-performance ratio is quite high; you can enjoy international cuisine at Taiwanese prices, which is truly great!
⭐️ About the Location
I mentioned this restaurant is near Chongshan Station, but it’s a bit of a distance from the station itself, although not too far.
The advantage of being at Chongshan Station is that there are many other little shops and markets nearby to explore. This makes it perfect to stroll around before or after your meal, adding to your itinerary!
In terms of geographical location, I think it’s quite convenient and favorable!
⭐️ Overall
I find this little restaurant to be a very distinctive international cuisine spot. They have their trademark dishes and ingredients, and they perform well in their specialization.
Since such specialty eateries are currently not very common, I highly recommend everyone give it a try—as it’s not something you’d often eat!

Please forgive me for forgetting what the full name of the steak is~ but this dish seems to appear on their seasonal menu very often! When ordering, you can choose 3/5 or well-done! 3 points is the tenderness level recommended by their chef ~ we did choose this doneness level too! Personally, I feel it’s just right! The meat is a perfect pink color, with blood but not bleeding. It is the perfect ripeness! It’s easy to cut and easy to eat ~ highly recommended!
Overall, if I have the chance, I will still make a reservation and come back to dine! You can try their different meals and different wines! It has a different flavor~
