When ordering, you can choose 3/5 or well-done! 3 points is the tenderness level recommended by their chef ~ we did choose this doneness level too! Personally, I feel it’s just right! The meat is a perfect pink color, with blood but not bleeding. It is the perfect ripeness! It’s easy to cut and easy to eat ~ highly recommended!
