Din Tai Fung is also a restaurant that I greatly admire. Whether it's staff training, quality management, environmental cleanliness, or corporate ethics, they receive high praise in every aspect. It's already quite remarkable for a single store to reach this level, let alone a large chain with so many locations. They are truly impressive.
The dishes probably don't need much introduction. Soup dumplings, spicy wontons, fried rice with spare ribs, and cucumber salad are all must-order dishes every time. This time, I also tried the roasted gluten and spicy beef tripe for the first time, and they were surprisingly amazing, now becoming a staple on my must-order menu. The spicy wontons, when mixed with white noodles, are also incredibly delicious. If I had to say one downside, it's that there are just too many people, haha!
