I believe that all foodies are familiar with Din Tai Fung. The food quality is stable, the service is good and the prices are reasonable.

This time I came to eat some hidden ways of eating recommended by netizens. Fried rice is served with red oil sauce. You can ask the waiter to separate the sauce when ordering.

Shrimp and Luffa Xiaolongbao does not require dipping sauce. The sweetness of the shrimp and loofah makes it a very "clean" meal.

For snacks, I chose chocolate packets. I was very surprised when I ate them for the first time. The aroma of chocolate was overflowing, and it was very satisfying to pair with the accompanying tea.

Thousand-layer oil cake is a little sweet but not too greasy, and you won't be able to stop eating it.

鼎泰豐就是好吃又安心的味道! 必點排骨炒飯跟芋泥小籠包,炒飯粒粒分明,排骨香酥且有厚度;第一次點芋泥小籠包時想說會不會很怪,結果一試成主顧,每次都會點來當飯後甜點,細緻的芋泥香,配小籠包皮中和甜度,超推,紅豆也不錯,但還是最愛芋泥口味 這次第一次點蝦餅,就是蝦捲被打扁的版本,一盤280 ,雖然好吃但CP不高 品質穩定,不用多考慮可常回訪的餐廳~

香酥蝦餅:外皮輕薄酥脆,內餡蝦肉漿咀嚼時保有彈性。 芋泥小龍包: 皮薄,內餡飽滿芋頭香氣十足,口感細緻也不會過於甜膩。 絲瓜蝦仁小籠包: 皮薄,內餡帶有湯汁,整顆放入口中咬下時,因內涵絲瓜使得蝦仁也帶有些許絲滑口感,整體吃起來輕量無負擔。 炸醬麵: 細麵,麵體口感有嚼勁,炸醬料鹹度搭配麵體一同放入口中鹹度剛好,炸醬料的肉末屬細碎型較為精緻。 排骨蛋炒飯: 排骨厚嫩,無帶肉精,鹹度適中。飯粒粒粒分明有嚼勁,咀嚼時口中的蛋香與飯上的油香昏混合的恰到好處。(如果同時有點紅油炒手,可將炒手的醬汁一同拌入炒飯中,香氣的層次會更加鹹香豐富)
