This restaurant offers teppanyaki tea dishes during lunch time. The only salty items are omelette rice and Neapolitan pasta. This is my second visit, so I only ordered the food I liked after the last time I tried it.
Omelet rice
The egg skin was fried very beautifully, almost fully cooked, but still very soft and tender. I think the fried rice with tomato sauce could be a little more sour for me. There were two other groups of customers at noon that day, and we both ordered it. For the three portions of omelette rice, only one chicken leg was used in total, and the amount of meat was slightly less.
French toast
I will come back again just for this French toast. The method here is to stack four slices of thinly sliced toast and fry them together. When it is almost done, sugar will be sprinkled on the frying table. After melting, it will be heated with a spray gun to caramelize it. , after one side is dipped in caramel, it will turn into a crispy icing after cooling for a while. When you bite it, the outer icing is fragrant and crispy, while the texture inside the toast is soft and tender. I like it very much!
The minimum consumption per person is 400, so we ordered a drink each
Homemade ginger ale
Ordinary, nothing special.
Strawberry black tea
There is strawberry jam in the hot black tea, which is cooked by the boss himself. It tastes very fragrant, but the tea is a bit astringent, which is a pity.
Neapolitan Pasta
This time I didn’t click, but I did take photos of the boss’s making process. The noodle is much thicker than ordinary pasta, and the sauce is very dry. Because it is also seasoned with tomato sauce, I think the taste will be a bit repetitive with the omelette rice. Because the texture is too dry, I don’t like it that much, so I didn’t order it this time.
The boss was the only one working, and the food was served very slowly. The drinks were not served until half an hour after we were seated. It took another 15 minutes for the first dish to be served. If you are pressed for time, it is not recommended to dine here. Overall, it was a pity to eat it. The boss is a very quiet person. I think it’s okay if he doesn’t interact deliberately, but it would be a better experience if he could introduce more about the meals and ingredients used.
