The waiting time for Ichiran in Taiwan has become extremely exaggerated, roughly 4 hours, which is essentially the time from lunch to dinner, or dinner to a midnight snack. If I didn't have something to do nearby, I definitely wouldn't wait.
Ichiran Ramen's quality is generally very consistent, but to be honest, it's definitely not worth waiting 4 hours for a bowl of ramen. I guess it will be hard to visit again in the future, as the waiting time has reached an unacceptable level.
