Every once in a while, I want to eat Yilan, and I have mastered the rhythm of eating Yilan! On weekdays, you can get in after a short queue at around 5 pm, and our restaurant is usually less crowded than other restaurants.

One orchid has the same taste, everyone who has tasted it knows it. The taste is quite rich, with just the right amount of secret spicy powder. I really like it.

My options are:

Soup - normal
Noodles - Extra Hard
Chili powder - 1 serving
No green onions

For your reference. BTW, prices are really expensive in Taiwan, but it’s okay to satisfy your cravings once in a while.

現在台灣一蘭等候時間簡直到了一個極為誇張的地步,整整差不多4小時,是一個從午餐等到晚餐,晚餐等到宵夜的時間,剛好在附近有事,不然絕對不會等。 一蘭拉麵水準基本非常固定,但老實說,絕對沒有到一個值得等4小時的拉麵店,我猜以後也很難再光顧,畢竟等候時間已經到了難以接受程度。

雖然台灣的一蘭是真的偏貴而且人潮十分多,但偶爾還是會想要吃一次。 一蘭拉麵讓人最佩服的就是口味的一致性,不論是在日本還是在台灣吃到的口感幾乎完全一模一樣!光是這一點就讓人很驚艷(雖然有人認為一蘭拉麵就是專人煮的泡麵🤣) 每次來必加麵,畢竟都等一個小時了當然要多吃一點,比較好奇的是加半分麵跟整份竟然只差十元,所以當然加整份比較划算 再來我覺得它的拉醬是精髓,即使不太吃辣的我都必選它的1/2辣,而且體感上真的沒有很辣。 再來最後我還是會點它的白飯,它的白飯是真的很好吃,先吃一點最後再把白飯倒入湯中一起吃完,劃下一個完美的句點。 另外其實等待時間會比系統預計時間還要快半小時左右,可以兩間分店都抽票看看哪一間比較早到!(然後我通常會把另一間的號碼牌送給剛要來排隊的人🤣)

假日是24小時營業!(週五-日)建議湯頭不要選清淡哈哈哈 因為之前吃拉麵都覺得太濃後面很膩 所以一開始選清淡結果根本沒味道… 如果喜歡蒜味的建議直接選最右邊(2倍? 直接變蒜味真的超讚 麵的話喜歡有嚼勁建議選超硬 因為硬的吃起來還是覺得沒有到特定q
